THE CHANGES TO COME

On present evidence the question is not if but when a White Nationalist government replaces the present renegade regime. Accordingly, we should be devoting an ever larger proportion of our time and resources to developing realistic programmes for removing the debris of  the Lib/Lab/Con years and laying the foundations of the new Britain. Working parties should already be compiling fairly detailed plans for the major divisions of public service such as education, health, housing, energy, transport, defence, the mass media, policing and social security.

They need not start from scratch; simply removing the multi-racism, EU dictates and other renegade elements from existing legislation will do to begin with. But since all socio-economic programmes are based on certain assumptions about the population to be served, this subject demands prior attention. The first step is therefore reclamation of our homeland from several million alien opportunists, via a humane and generously-funded repatriation programme conducted on a last-in, first out basis.

This programme will follow immediately after:

  1. A Citizenship Charter designed to detach aliens from all public services except entitlement to emergency health care.
  2. Identity cards for all aliens over 16, including their date of entry to this country and their scheduled date of departure (renewable for those with 'guest worker' status).

One element of the Citizenship Charter restricts ownership of land and property in the United Kingdom to members of the indigenous population, to take effect twelve months hence, after which alien assets become liable to compulsory purchase orders. This, together with the restrictions on alien employment, movement, and areas of residence, will provide the impetus to get repatriation going at a rate at least equivalent to previous immigration figures. There will be a need for pre-departure zones and centres near major air and sea ports, with basic but civilised accommodation and facilities for those awaiting departure. Anyone will be at liberty to leave these centres at any time en route to their point of departure from the UK. Some Category One renegades will also be confined to these centres pending their own departure from the UK.
The programme will be funded from the present Foreign Aid budget, plus the assets and savings released by departing aliens and dismantled renegade organisations.

Contingency plans will be needed to deal with any attempts to mobilise opposition to the repatriation programme; these should include exclusion from the mass media, selective curfews, banning of public assemblies and accelerated deportation of those found guilty of fomenting or organising public disorder.

There will be a raft of measures designed to contain the indigenous population over the years at a more sustainable level , and to achieve a better age distribution, thereby allowing a much better quality of life per capita. Changes in taxation and allowances will help to reinforce family values, while abortion via the NHS will only be available on medical grounds.   Child support by absentee parents will be secured via National Insurance numbers and the Inland Revenue and any employer of unregistered staff will incur punitive fines. In short, a more sustainable and racially homogeneous population with the family at its heart is the first priority for a White Nationalist government.

Miscellaneous Measures

In parallel with the programme outlined above, the following measures will be introduced within the first year of office:

  • Abolition of the Race and Public Order Acts.
  • Transfer of aliens to separate schools.
  • Prohibition and confiscation of multiracial publications, broadcasts and advertisements.
  • An obligatory loyalty pledge by those seeking employment in the public services.
  • Early retirement on reduced pension for those senior police officers, teachers, civil servants, local government officers and such with a record of renegade behaviour.
  • Obligatory tattoo and micro-implant for HIV carriers, and their exclusion from specified forms of employment and cohabitation.
  • Prohibition of overt homosexuality in public places and the mass media.
  • Recycling of all publications promoting multiracialism, homosexuality and European integration.
  • Separation of command structures for men and women in the armed forces and police.
  • The new Citizenship Charter will be an obligatory subject in educational curricula.
  • All products from 'out-sourced' companies will incur an import levy.
  • It will become unlawful to charge rates of interest in excess of a government-specified limit ; and all existing debts exceeding this limit will become invalid.
  • Ownership of  houses in any area will be restricted to those resident therein or working within a 20 mile radius ;  and second /holiday homes in rural areas will be unlawful. All private property will be registered, to expedite and reduce the cost of conveyancing.
  • All foreign fishing vessels will be excluded from British territorial waters.
  • All product packaging will be subject to regulations designed to reduce waste disposal and environmental pollution.
  • Government-owned  hire-car depots will be set up, with the aim of phasing out private cars over the next ten years and controlling fuel consumption, roadworthiness and exhaust emissions.
  • Police weaponry will be confined to non-lethal devices except for units specifically assigned to anti-terrorist duties. Ad hoc support from the armed forces will be available for all other eventualities.
  • There will be restrictions on the ownership of  radio and television networks, newspapers and magazines . These will disallow foreign ownership and preclude monopolistic arrangements.
  • Party politics will give way to national and local referenda on specific and wherever possible quantifiable issues. Elections will only be held for candidates wishing to serve as members of the National Assembly or as local councillors, since the results of referenda will govern policy decisions.
  • A Civil Defence Force ,staffed mostly by part-timers, will be established, under separate command but complementary to the police force. CDF officers will relieve the police of certain duties such as street patrols and traffic control, investigation of domestic disturbances and misdemeanours. They will have limited powers to impose fines and make arrests; but in joint operations with the police, the senior police officer will be in overall charge.
  • Drugs of addiction will be cheaply available to registered addicts at local pharmacies, thus breaking the connection with criminality. But addicts will be obliged to undergo rehabilitation therapy.
  • Given incontrovertible (including DNA) evidence, capital punishment will be mandatory for the most heinous crimes such as treason, pre-meditated murder, child-killers, serial rapists, terrorist attacks, and murder in the course or furtherance of theft. Due process and right of appeal will of course apply.
  • The burden of proving unreasonable force will fall upon those acting for persons killed or injured while forcing an entry into private property.
  • All the armed forces will be unified into a single National Defence Force.

The above list is by no means exhaustive, and will doubtless be amended and supplemented by Nationalists with special expertise. Even so, it should serve to acquaint people with the actual values and priorities which only a Nationalist government can bring to bear on public affairs. There remains a tremendous amount of scope for those Nationalists with a particular interest in urban regeneration, cultural matters, education, alternative energy, the environment and sustainable economics, for example.

Potential recruits to the Nationalist cause need more than slogans to gain their confidence. They want to see evidence that we have a well-thought out programme at least as workmanlike as anything the opposition has to offer. When the tide of history turns in our favour - as assuredly it will - we have to be ready to catch it!
