A BRITISH CITIZENS’ CHARTER
by Frank Kimbal
Johnson
The
primary reason for the disaster of uncontrolled immigration has been
indiscriminate access to British citizenship and all its attendant
benefits .
That folly was the work
of renegade politicians; and since no government can be bound by
the actions of its predecessors, the first piece of legislation by
a nationalist government must be a Citizens’ Charter including
the following elements:
1. Full citizenship status is
restricted to persons of British(English,Scottish,Welsh or Ulster)
ancestry ; but some
‘naturalised’ Europeans may be
granted honorary status.
2. A national Citizens’
Register will be compiled, incorporating and
eventually replacing current
registers of births, marriages and deaths.
3. Only those people on the
Citizens’ Register will have a legal entitlement to
* A British passport
* Ownership of land and
property in the U.K.
* Rented accommodation in the
public sector
* Employment in the armed
forces, police, civil service, local government and other public
services;
* Employment in the private
sector where there are suitably-qualified British citizens available;
* Participation in elections
* Social service benefits
* Free education
* Non-emergency NHS treatment.
4. Aliens will not acquire
British citizenship by marriage or ‘mixed’
parentage .
5. It will be a criminal
offence to conceal or falsify information pertaining
to entries in the Citizens
Register.
This legislative ‘keystone’ is
all that is needed to deter unwanted immigrants and
encourage the voluntary
repatriation of those already here. As a central part of
the
nationalist manifesto it would
certainly get overwhelming support from the British public, while
disposing of the ‘final solution’ cattle-truck scenarios of
left-wing
propagandists. As
we all know to our cost, in the ‘liberal’ climate where anything goes,
everything goes ; thus the indiscriminate granting of British
citizenship by
renegade politicians has been a
‘welcome’ mat for all the world’s opportunists .
It is equivalent to legalising
theft by criminalising private ownership.
The proposed Citizens’ Charter
will of course include all the necessary civil liberties details in a
modern democracy, such as freedom of speech . It will be phased
in to allow sufficient time for non-citizens to settle their affairs
before departure from the U.K. . All that then remains of
the Repatriation Programme are the following items
* Compulsory repatriation of
alien criminals, those habitually unemployed,
and anti-British campaigners;
* Funding of travel and
resettlement grants for repatriated migrants.
* Special dispensations for
elderly aliens and schoolchildren
.
There is nothing whatsoever
‘fascist’ about the proposed Citizens’ Charter ; it simply incorporates
the essentials of national identity and fundamental civil liberties.
Accordingly, the nationalist
election campaigns should eschew reference to compulsory repatriation
and simply put the Citizen’s Charter up front .
No doubt the Left will still
foam at the mouth over its implications, but will have no credible
alternative to offer a concerned electorate.
The population is actually
divisible into three main categories for all governmental purposes ,
namely
* Those qualifying for full or
honorary citizenship status and
entitlements;
* Aliens
* Indeterminate ; i.e.
individuals with prima facie entitlement to citizenship, but
whose conduct and record do not merit the
full range of benefits
attaching thereto. Such people would therefore be given provisional
citizenship, limiting their entitlements and access to the full range
of benefits.
.
Alongside the Citizens’
Register, therefore, there will need to be an Aliens Register and a
Renegade Register . Entrants to the Aliens
Register will get a Temporary Residence Permit with an expiry date up
to twelve months hence ; and those unable to produce this ID will be
denied access to the full range of citizenship benefits pending their
repatriation. Entries in the Citizens’ Register will be based on
a standard questionnaire and include two nominees already
registered. Anyone falsifying the questionnaire would
automatically become liable to prosecution and may be included in the
Renegade Register. Anyone nominated by not less
than ten registered but unrelated Citizens for inclusion in the
Renegade Register will have to complete a special questionnaire for
scrutiny be officials of the Citzenship Registry .
Anyone denied full citizenship as a result of this scrutiny will have
right of appeal to a Citizens’ Panel in their locality. Meanwhile they
would only get provisional citizenship status.
Given modern information
technology the above arrangements are entirely feasible and certainly
necessary if a nationalist government is to take hold of the situation.
Accordingly, they should be
tabled in any discussion of the pros and cons of national identity
cards or immigration . They are not negotiable .
