AS BPP MEMBERS GET DRAGGED OFF IN
HANDCUFFS FOR POSSESSING A FEW BADGES...
So what DOES he have to do before he gets arrested?THE SUN
26.03.09: His group of Muslim extremists was behind the vile
demo against Our Boys at a homecoming parade.
![]() Now hate preacher Anjem Choudary has urged his
brainwashed followers to undergo “military training” abroad.
His sick order comes just days after he advocated that
Business Secretary Lord Mandelson be stoned to death — for being gay.
And it follows years of rants which have sickened the
nation, yet gone unpunished by the authorities.
So yesterday The Sun called on police chiefs to stop
dithering and charge former lawyer Choudary, 41, before he poisons more
young minds.
In his new outburst — a recording posted on a
password-protected Al-Qaeda website — he said: “You do not neglect any
of our duties...
“If many of our Muslim lands are under occupation then
of course jihad — you are going to be talking about jihad. You are
going to be recruiting for the Mujahideen.
“You’re going to be working to overthrow, sorry,
liberate, Muslim lands. Because you’re living in a situation where
there’s lots of Muslim lands under occupation.”
Quoting from Islamic text, Choudary added: “ ‘You
cannot accomplish this until you train... train for jihad.’ What kind
of training is he talking about? He’s talking about military training.”
British-born Choudary — who claims state handouts —
caused outrage on the first anniversary of the July 7 London bombings
in 2005.
Last night we handed officers at the Met’s London HQ,
New Scotland Yard, a damning dossier calling for his arrest and
prosecution.
It highlights his most heinous outbursts — which a Sun
investigation revealed breached British laws. And it details those
exact laws. If found guilty the firebrand cleric could face as much as
life imprisonment.
Overthrow

British-born Choudary — who claims state handouts —
caused outrage on the first anniversary of the July 7 London bombings
in 2005.
He said Muslims in Britain were “oppressed” and had a
right to defend themselves “by whatever means”. He also said he didn’t
think Muslims could co-operate with cops.
The dad of three, of Ilford, East London, was behind
this month’s demo against hero soldiers in Luton and wants Sharia law
in Britain.
Last September Choudary claimed the publisher of a
novel about the prophet Mohammed should face the death penalty.
Martin Rynja — who put out fictional tale The Jewel Of
Medina about the Prophet’s child bride — was placed under armed guard
after petrol was poured through his letter box.
At the time Choudary appeared to be condoning the
attacks, saying: “It is clearly stipulated in Muslim law that any kind
of attack on his honour carries the death penalty.
“People should be aware of the consequences they might
face when producing material like this.”
Our legal experts say this breaks section 31 of the
Crime and Disorder Act 1998 which states racially or religiously
aggravated disorderly behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm
or distress, is a crime punishable by up to two years in jail.
If it could be proved Choudary’s comments were
directly linked to an attack on the publisher’s life, he could be
prosecuted for conspiracy to murder — which carries a LIFE term.
Recently Choudary threatened that Lord Mandelson would
be stoned to death under Sharia law and declared: “He would not be able
to speak openly about homosexuality.”
Our experts said his comments broke the Public Order
Act 1986, section 4A. It outlaws behaviour with intent to cause
harassment, alarm or distress. Breaking this law carries a heavy fine
and/or six months in jail.
Ironically, under his own rules Choudary would himself
have been stoned to death — for getting stoned.
While a student in his 20s in Southampton, when he
called himself ‘Andy’, he smoked cannabis, had casual sex, drank cider
and is even thought to have taken hard drugs.
Last month he ran a “masterclass” to help
fanatics dodge justice. His “basic” advice on covering tracks, such as
replacing mobiles and computers, was posted on an Islamic website.
But he was breaking
another law by appearing to pervert justice.
Last night MPs from both major parties rounded on
Choudary.
Tory MP and security expert Patrick Mercer said: “This
man has made deeply inflammatory comments that in my view should be
investigated by the police and Government.”
And Labour MP Khalid Mahmood, himself a Muslim, said:
“People like Anjem Choudary continue to abuse the hospitality that they
receive.
“His former master and teacher Omar Bakri was banned
from Britain and I think Choudary should be too.”
Hook-handed cleric Abu Hamza, 50, was prosecuted after
The Sun demanded action over his vile rants.
He is now battling to avoid deportation to the US to
face terror charges.
