CHARGES
DROPPED AGAINST 80 YEAR OLD BPP MEMBER
We are
pleased to able to report that charges under the Race Act against BPP
member Frank Walsh have been dropped. Frank was arrested giving out his
own leaflets, highlighting the Internationalist Conspiracy outside the
Labour Party Conference. He has waited over a year for this decision -
meanwhile his PC and other materials were seized from him. Hopefully
they will now be returned!
Disgustingly, not content with CPS
decision not to bring a prosecution, the local police in South London
then badgered the London local CPS to prosecute - this again was
rejected! The police seemed determined to haul a patriotic OAP into the
dock.
Well done Frank - a brave stand and a
symbol to us all!
