A
letter from the BPP to the U.S.
'Director of the Department of Homeland Security' BRITISH PEOPLE'S
PARTY
BM BOX 5581 LONDON WC1N 3XX 21st April 2009 Dear Director Naplitano, I write from the UK with reference to Mr. Pol Brennan, 'former' IRA explosives handler, violent criminal and prison escapee who fled to the USA in 1983 using forged, illegal documentation. He was subsequently caught in the proximity of the Mexican border and detained by the US government where he made an application for asylum on the grounds he was fleeing political persecution. The UK seemingly 'dropped' an extradition order some time in 2000 much to the dismay of thousands of her citizens. Since his application for asylum was declined in the US he has launched an appeal asking supporters to correspond with yourself to relay their wish for his asylum status to be allowed so that he may remain a free man in the USA. Pol Brennan elected to transport explosives for the terrorist organisation, the IRA. He was not forced to do this, he CHOSE to. Had he not been intercepted/caught in possession of these explosives, it is with almost certainty that they would have been utilised against innocent people and would have resulted in significant loss of life. Mr. Brennan received a suitable punishment and he elected to flee it. Again to clarify, he CHOSE to escape from prison and from justice. Proceeding his arrival in the USA he has been linked (fingerprint evidence) to violent assault and assault with a deadly weapon - resolute, unequivocal proof that this man remains a dangerous, violent criminal. Furthermore, this is demonstrative of why he must be refused asylum in the USA and returned to the UK to answer justice. The Irish Republican battle is one besieged with tragic loss of innocent life - indeed the IRA, a terrorist group that Brennan is connected to, have been implicated in the region of two thousand such deaths. The contemporary 'Real' IRA have, within the past twelve months murdered British military personnel, police officers and innocent bystanders in their deplorable terrorist battle. They have in the past month announced their intention to 'take their fight to the streets of mainland Britain' and for your reference I enclose a direct web link relating to this: Pol Brennan was and is a threat to the security of ANY nation, and he is a terrorist. However, my personal concern is that he must be refused asylum so that he will be forced to face justice, both for the crimes he committed and more importantly for the thousands of innocent lives taken by the group and ideology he supports. I ask that you please consider my comments. I thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. With sincerest regards, MISS K A DERMODY British People's Party |
