German deported from U.S. goes on trial for Holocaust denial

A 42-year-old German deported from the United States went on trial Tuesday on allegations of Holocaust denial.
Germar Rudolf, who published a study claiming to prove that the Nazis did not gas Jews at the Auschwitz concentration camp, faces a possible five-year prison sentence if convicted.
In his opening statement, prosecutor Andreas Grossmann said Rudolf used the Internet to spread documents attacking historical truths. "He represented the Holocaust as invention," Grossmann said.
Rudolf was sentenced in 1995 in Germany to 14 months in prison for Holocaust denial, but then disappeared. He applied for political asylum in the United States in 2000, but was rejected and was deported last year to serve the 1995 sentence. He was arrested when he appeared at an immigration office in Chicago to apply for a green card based on his marriage to a U.S. citizen.

Rudolf is being tried in the same state court in Mannheim that is currently hearing a similar but unrelated case against Ernst Zundel, a German deported from Canada last year. The Rudolf trial is expected to last until at least the end of January.

HOFFMAN's AFTERWORD: Usually revisionist writers and scholars are said to be bigots prosecuted for "hate." The media use these adjectives in order to conceal the disgraceful fact that these are dissidents facing imprisonment for their historical research. Thankfully, the preceding article makes clear that Germar is on trial for doubting homicidal Auschwitz gas chambers. However, few reports from the establishment media are entirely objective and you will note that the fact that Rudolf was a PhD. candidate in chemistry at the Max Planck Institute and that his doubts about execution gas chambers are scientifically based, is omitted.

 

DAVID IRVING: NEW APPEAL DATE SET

Lawyers acting for the respected British historian, David Irving will present his appeal against a 3-year prison sentence for "holocaust denial" on December 20th. The appeal will be heard at the Palace of Justice in Vienna. Please continue to lobby the Austrian Embassy to demand "Free speech for David Irving".

 

BPP MEMBER PAUL’S INITIAL STATEMENT ON THE NATIONAL LABOUR FRONT

As an active BPP member I have   undertaken   to   work for the BPP Labour Front   as its my personal belief that   for many years the word labour has been   misunderstood and even   stolen by   the Marxist New Labour Party who supposedly   are    for the workers needs and   workplace   support.  This has proved to be a   mistake   and a distortion   of the real truth.

 

The truth is that   trade unions    were set in being by oppressed workers who were   badly treated by   employers    they were   Anglo-Saxon workers not   any   members of the                other races   who were then living in   our crown colonies   and dependencies. Our workers living conditions   were appalling something which none of us should ever forget!  British   men women and children were working   till they dropped   exhausted   by    hellish conditions. 

 

Trade unions were set up to protect Anglo-Saxon jobs.  They were never intended   to be   a hot bed for   left agitators    or used   to bring   to government   politicians     who in their greed sought power.

 

The early trade unionists leaders   were in the most   cases non conformist members of Methodist chapels even spiritualist churches   in particular   the one in Keighley, West Yorkshire with   non   conformity   came the need to seek social justice   for workers

 

Today   we are   not even   seeing interest in protecting   jobs   or careers   many English jobs are now being relocated    to India whilst unions   huff and puff and do nothing but   make shallow   noises   to this eager to please our Marxist New Labour government   which does not care a damn   a bout our   White Anglo-Saxon work force

 

The National Labour Front will protect British Trades union   members   and secure jobs that will under no circumstances   be allocated   abroad   nor will they allow fake asylum seekers and foreign workers we do not have room for. They are here to take up British jobs. In fact they will be   deported   back to the countries   they   have come from without exemption

 

The NLF will protect   the rights of   our   workers   by uniting    all the unions under the national labour front.   It will for the sake of our nation, make it   illegal to strike under our   Labour Relations Act which would be put on the statute   book.   The reason   for this would be   a fair days wage for a fair    days pay  - wages must reflect a good standard of living for our people.

 

 

There would be a national labour front day when we would recognise   those who   made    our country great   and social reformers like Lord Shaftsbury would be honoured. I would suggest May 1^st as being made a national workers holiday.

 

 

There would be no fragmented union movements anymore   with sectional interest   but one    union   under leadership drawn from across   the wide   Anglo-Saxon experience of    how to work and run   industry, commerce    etc.

 

 

There would after consultation be    massive   public works to clean and maintain our nation and our rich heritage   will be a first duty, creating a new wave of jobs throughout the             UK.

As a   need for   those young who don’t want to work and are lazy and dole claiming   young people     will from 16   / 25      have to join the     National Labour Front   Labour service.    The Corps       will teach self-discipline    respect   values   and above all the dignity of labour!   It will apply to both sexes and will also   give compulsory education in   practical subjects    and will be none academic.     We don’t want a lazy nation of dole cheats, drug addicts   and   thieves   as at present 

 

They will learn the 14 words and what it means for our race and nation      

 

Number of Jewish lawmakers worldwide reaches record high!

Tuesday's U.S. elections brought the number of Jewish parliamentarians worldwide to an all-time high, according to the International Council of Jewish Parliamentarians.
Following yesterday's results, the number of Jews in the Senate rose from 11 to 13 and in the House of Representatives from 26 to 30. However, the United States is still only in third place worldwide for the number of Jewish legislators, after Israel and Britain.
Britain, despite having a Jewish community 20 times smaller than that of the United States, has 59 Jewish members of parliament, including 18 in the House of Commons and 41 in the House of Lords. The latter number includes seven barons whose seats in the house were hereditary until recently. However, the umbrella organization of British Jewry said that in fact, the number of Jews in the House of Lords is even higher, totalling at least 46.
After Britain and the United States come France and Ukraine, with 18 Jewish legislators each followed by Russia (13), Brazil (11), and Canada and Hungary (10 each). The only Arab country with a Jewish member of parliament is Tunisia.
According to the ICJP, there are 246 Jewish legislators worldwide (excluding Israel), up from 208 in 2005 - an increase of about 18 percent. This is the highest number recorded since the organization was established in 1988.
The organization noted that it does not use the halakhic definition of a Jew in determining whether a legislator is Jewish.
The director of the World Jewish Congress's Israel office, Bobby Brown, said the data reflects Jews' growing success in integrating into the countries where they live. Brown, who coordinates the ICJP's work in Israel, also noted that in recent years, cooperation among Jewish legislators worldwide has increased. (Published by Official Jewish sources)
