SMASH THE SYSTEM!

This Thursday’s Council and Assembly elections sees two great tests. The first is how can the Marxist New Labour Government hold up when all the signs say this arch-gang of crooks and traitors are going to suffer a heavy defeat – something which the BPP heartily welcomes.

The second test is just how well the British Nationalist vote will hold, go down or improve.

With the BNP fielding a record number of candidates – around 750 – and other smaller groups such as the NF fielding some as well as out comrades in the England First Party who are putting up six candidates, the System could be in for a REAL SHOCK!

The British People’s Party has stood down its two projected candidates because there are BNP members standing in the same council wards. Also and perhaps more importantly, the First Phase of the BPP struggle for power is not election based but concentrates on achieving as much publicity and new members as possible - setting the ground firmly for our Second Phase of development.

We deplore the fact that in some wards, Nationalists are standing against Nationalists but there is little we can do ourselves about this.

The main things is for EVERY patriotic White Briton to be out on Thursday and vote for the Nationalist candidate in their area. Where there is a conflict of parties, then they must look to their own consciences.

Let us all pull together this final week and ensure a HUGE patriotic vote that will give the Old Gang politicians and terrific slap in the face.

The BPP is a radical party. We will use the democratic process and stand in elections eventually. We are a registered political party with the Electoral Commission. However we are committed to dismantling the hypocritical and false democracy of liberal-democracy with the true democracy of the Corporate State, in which all citizens will have a fair greater say in the running of our country.

EU aims to criminalise Holocaust denial

Laws that make denying or trivialising the Holocaust a criminal offence punishable by jail sentences will be introduced across the European Union, according to a proposal expecting to win backing from ministers Thursday. Offenders will face up to three years in jail under the proposed legislation, which will also apply to inciting violence against ethnic, religious or national groups. Diplomats in Brussels voiced confidence on Tuesday that the controversial plan, which has been the subject of heated debate for six years, will be endorsed by member states. However, the Baltic countries and Poland are still holding out for an inclusion of “Stalinist crimes” alongside the Holocaust in the text – a move that is being resisted by the majority of other EU countries. The latest draft, seen recently, will make it mandatory for all Union member states to punish public incitement “to violence or hatred directed against a group of persons or a member of such a group defined by reference to race, colour, religion, descent or national or ethnic origin”. They will also have to criminalise “publicly condoning, denying or grossly trivialising crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes” when such statements incite hatred or violence against minorities.

Diplomats stressed the provision had been carefully worded to include only denial of the Holocaust – the Nazi mass murder of Jews during the second world war – and the genocide in Rwanda in 1994. They also stressed that the wording was designed to avoid criminalising comical plays or films about the Holocaust such as the Italian comedian Roberto Benigni’s prize-winning Life is Beautiful . The text expressly upholds countries’ constitutional traditions relating to the freedom of expression.

Holocaust denial is already a criminal offence in several European countries, including Germany and Austria. It is not a specific crime in Britain, though UK officials said it could already be tackled under existing legislation. In an attempt to assuage Turkish fears, several EU diplomats said the provisions would not penalise the denial of mass killing of Armenians by Ottoman troops in the aftermath of the 1915 collapse of the Ottoman empire. Turkey strongly rejects claims that this episode amounted to genocide. The proposal draws what is likely to be a controversial distinction between inciting violence against racial or ethnic groups and against religious groups. Attacks against Muslims, Jews or other faiths will only be penalised if they go on to incite violence against ethnic or racial groups, the draft text states.

NATIONALIST WEEK COMMENT: This is a way of sneaking in free and frank discussion about the Holocaust by the back door and tying it to the Race Act. Another attack on our freedom to discuss and even think!

President surprised at EU biased approach to holocaust

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad here Monday expressed surprise over the European Union's biased approach to the historical event of the contentious Holocaust debate.

The statement was made in an exclusive interview with the Spanish television broadcast, in response to the question about holocaust.

"I just raised two questions on the issue. Does the EU consider questions as a crime? Today, anywhere in the world, one can raise questions about God, prophets, existence and any other issue.

"Why historical events should not be clarified?" asked the chief executive.

Turning to his first question, he said, "If a historical event has taken place, why do you not allow research to be conducted on it. What is the mystery behind it, given that even fresh research is conducted on definite rules of mathematics and physics?"
Ahmadinejad referred to his first question, "If such an event has actually taken place, where did it happen? Why should the Palestinian people become homeless (because of this)?
"Why should Palestinian children, women and mothers be killed on streets every day for 60 years?"
The president said that these innocent people losing their lives had no role in World War II.

"All of them had been killed in Europe and Palestinian people were not involved in it," he added.

Jews in Israel will vote to stop the BNP
the British National Party (BNP) is set to field it’s largest-ever list of candidates in local elections across the UK next month. In response, the Board of Deputies of British Jews has asked expatriates living in Israel to vote.
The organization sent an "urgent call" to register to vote by April 18 to
help prevent the BNP from increasing its influence. "In light of the BNP's  current push to field a record number of candidates in upcoming local  elections in England, as well as those being held for the Scottish Parliament and Welsh Assembly, it is imperative that we urge our  constituents to register in time to vote," the board said in an e-mail sent to organizations and individuals in Israel.
