Nationalist Week 137 - July 16th 2007.
The weekly e-zine of the BPP
There is nothing more becoming any wise man, than to make choice of friends, for by them thou shalt be judged what thou art: let them therefore be wise and virtuous, and none of those that follow thee for gain; but make election rather of thy betters, than thy inferiors.
SIR WALTER RALEIGH.
John Tyndall Memorial – Sunday July 15th 2007.
It was my honour and privilege, along with BPP members Bob (Eastbourne) and Buster (Brighton), to ensure that Mrs Valerie Tyndall was present at her late husband’s memorial event in the South Midlands Yesterday. And as the rain stopped and the sun shone on the wet grass, we arrived well on time, to find a packed hall. Many familiar faces greeted us, and it was like arriving home after a long time away.
After we all sat the meeting got under way, and Keith Axon started by asking if there were any apologies to be read from any absent speakers. I then took the stage for a short time, to read an emotive message from BPP Comrade Eddy Morrison, who on this occasion could not make the trip. He had written how his continued ill health had prevented him from attending, and about his fond memories of a great man whom he had known since he was only eighteen years old. He told of the great passion of the man we all knew affectionately as JT, of his never ending courage and commitment to the cause he was such a huge part of building, British Nationalism. He spoke of the unwavering honesty and loyalty JT shown to all his Comrades throughout the decades. And how after many differences of opinions, they always remained firm friends. John Tyndall is still here, he wrote, a statement that everyone present agreed upon, and showed this with the following ovation.
Then Keith introduced the first proper speaker of the day, Mike Easter. Mike also spoke with great emotion about the great friend he had in John Tyndall. He then made an appeal to all the BNP members who forget to renew their memberships. He urged them not to forget, because if they do not renew they are no longer members, if they are no longer members, they have no voice, no say.
Next up was Peter Rushton, who after delivering his own tribute to our late great leader, went on to speak passionately about the tyranny of persecution. How little freedom of speech there is in the so called ‘democratic’ world, and how so many great people were in prison for speaking their minds, for telling the truth.

Tess Culnane was next up on the podium. Her tribute to JT was both memorable and moving. She followed this by talking about the evils in modern society, and how many White Britons, especially the elderly no longer feel safe to walk the streets.
A short break was followed by an auction, in which Keith sold many items of historical nationalist importance.
Then we were treated to another great speech by Steve Smith, who explained the true meaning of the word racist, and why their is indeed nothing wrong in being one - a sentiment to which we all agreed.
London National Front man Ian Edwards gave an impressive speech about the yob culture among British White youths today. And asked, as a father himself, just what kind of upbringing these teenagers had had, and if it would not be so much better if a return was made to traditional parental discipline.
Guest of Honour Valerie Tyndall then took the stage to a huge standing ovation, a welcome by which she was obviously tremendously moved. She explained how she would have attended previous memorials, but for injury problems over the last couple of years. Then she gave us great insight into what it was like being the wife of such a great leader. Of the depth of thought and consideration that was put behind every decision, and how her late husband was honest and honourable to the end. She spoke about the beginning when JT first started in Colin Jordan’s NSM, how he joined led and finally departed from the National Front, how the New National Front was created and later became the BNP. Valerie then spoke at length about Nationalism in Great Britain, and why it is so necessary. The end of her speech was met with another rousing standing ovation Valerie’s third of the evening!
The final speaker of the evening was London BNP stalwart Richard Edmonds, who spoke of his years as deputy leader under the leadership of JT. He also spoke fondly of the man he knew for so many years, not only as a comrade and leader, but as a great friend. He followed this by explaining how he became a nationalist, how his socialist father reacted, and how life in London changed as the never ending tide of non white immigration was turned upon the Great British public.
This was indeed a fantastic day, and earlier threats by the great unwashed to disrupt, or even stop us from meeting, were simply ignored. As usual they had been fed information by the kind of loser who is never privy to any.
