NATIONALIST WEEK No.14
Online e-zine of the Spearhead Group
29th August 2004
On Nationalist Unity – “I believe
that I would be able to achieve this unification in a way that
Mr.Griffin has not been. Many nationalists now outside the BNP have
declared their willingness to join if Mr.Griffin is removed and I am
restored. I am pledged to work for this with all the means in my power.”
TIME TO TAKE A STAND!
John Tyndall in the new September issue of
SPEARHEAD (out now!) has put down in detail his leadership challenge to
the Griffin cabal which had hijacked the BNP and is busily doing away
with White Nationalism within the party – castrating it of its
principles and removing by altering its policies, approach and tactics
beyond what most members and supporters can stand.
Doesn’t Griffin realise that internal morale and
unity WITHIN the Party is equally as important to how the British
public view the BNP. A sift liberalising approach is producing a BNP
which will be hard put to weather the storms that the media are
increasingly throwing against it.
John Tyndall and his supporters must be put back
in charge of the BNP so that a reform of the organisation and its
policies can take place.
Time is of the essence – we call on all members
and supporters to stand up and be counted NOW! Stand by John Tyndall
and let us put Britain’s premier nationalist organisation back on the
correct road to power!

JT COMMENTS ON GRIFFIN SPEAKING BAN!
Dear Friend,
I have news, which was received just a little
too late to go in the latest (September) issue of Spearhead.
I am passing it on to you and others with the request that it be made
as widely known as possible.
I have now received solicitor's advice on the
legitimacy of Nick Griffin's attempted ban on Richard Edmonds and
myself speaking at officially constituted BNP meetings. It is that the
ban is out of order and that, should either Richard or I defy it and
Griffin consequently take disciplinary action against us (and any
organiser also involved) we would have firm grounds to take him to
court and get a judge to overrule Griffin on the matter. If this
happened, I would be the one to take the action but any ruling made by
a court in my favour would also, ipso facto, apply to Richard
or any other person thus 'disciplined'.
Needless to say, in this event Griffin would be
liable for considerable costs -- just as happened when he attempted to
expel me last year.
This opinion was given me in telephone
consultation with the solicitor in question. I asked the solicitor then
to put the bare bones of the matter in an e-mailed letter to me,
which he has done. He has also, at my instruction, sent an
official solicitor's letter to Nick Griffin informing him of the
position and advising him strongly against continuing the ban,
explaining the consequences if he does so.
Please find as an attachment the solicitor's
letter to me on this matter. For obvious reasons of security the name
and address have been deleted. (Not attached to this issue)
Sincerely
JOHN TYNDALL
TOUGH!
Members of a Lancashire mosque were yesterday wondering
why ice cream
vans could play their tunes on
the streets of Blackburn while the
calls that summon Muslims to prayers were banned.
Members of Blackburn with Darwen borough council
have rejected a
request by the Nurul Islam mosque to broadcast
the Adhaan through the
mosque's loudspeakers.
The congregation had submitted a petition with
182 signatures, and
said the calls would be heard only in Audley
Range, where most
residents are Asian.
But the planning committee last week refused to
lift a 20-year ban,
which applies to most mosques in Blackburn, home
to 30,000 Muslims.
Members said they had to consider residents from
all faiths, and an
appeal from a Christian church to ring bells five
times a day would
also be rejected.
"We have to consider there are some people in
that area who are not
of the Muslim faith," said one councillor, Fred
Slater.
Salim Mulla, the councillor for the ward
containing the mosque, said
yesterday he was very disappointed by the
committee's decision.
Comment: Fred Slater is brave to stand up
against the fraud of multi-culturalism, but how long before the Race
Tyrants descend upon Blackburn and reverse this sensible decision?
SAVE THE SCOTTISH REGIMENTS CAMPAIGN GETS UNDER
WAY
A GROUP opposed to controversial plans to
axe Scotland's six infantry regiments yesterday vowed to fight
Labour at the next general election.
The Save the Scottish Regiments campaign said it planned to field
13 candidates to give the Labour government a "bloody nose" for its "refusal to
abandon these most unpopular and ill-conceived cuts to
Scotland's military units". The cuts are likely to mean the creation a
single "super-regiment" of five battalions instead of the existing
six battalions in separate regiments.
The candidates - many of them former servicemen and their families -
will try to oust Labour MSPs and MPs from seats across the country,
including that held by Gordon Brown, the Chancellor, in the next
elections.
The campaign's organiser, Jeff Duncan, said: "In an ideal world, it
would be fantastic for one of our candidates to win.
"But our message is quite clear: if you're a Labour voter and are sick
to the back teeth of everything Labour has done, particularly this
latest lunacy in trying to cut regiments when we need everyone we can
get out there, vote for our candidates, deplete Labour's share and
leave the way open for the strongest opposition to win."
The 20-strong group is to target seats where Labour either has a small
majority or is hoping to replace the sitting member, mainly in areas
home to Scottish regiment bases.
Save the Scottish Regiments - which is not linked to any political
party or regiment - is campaigning against the most radical defence
restructuring in a generation.
Mr Duncan, a former RAF serviceman, was confident the drive against the
reorganisation would prove fruitful.
"There will come a point of no return," he said. "If there's no change
in the final announcement in November and thegovernment's view is
business as usual, I'm optimistic we'll be in a fantastic position, if
current support is anything to go by. "It's really having a snowball
effect. It's selfgenerating, so I'm confident we're going to put a huge
dent in the Labour vote." The campaign is hoping for support from
senior serving officers, despite a gagging order imposed on them by the
Ministry of Defence.
Douglas Connon, a former commanding officer of the Highlanders and now
a trustee of the regiment, said the Council of Scottish Colonels had
accepted the situation and would not make any public protest about the
cuts.
He said: "I understand the Council of Scottish Colonels are in broad
agreement about the requirement to move to a single large regiment in
Scotland.
"But they are pretty keen to find out what the serving soldiers want
and to retain as much of the six regiments as possible."
BUSH DEFENDS ‘TERROR WARNINGS’
President Bush has shrugged off criticism that
the recent Al Qaeda terror warnings issued by his administration were
based on out-of-date intelligence.
“No one who has seen these documents and read
their plans to assassinate Abraham Lincoln and bomb Pearl Harbour would
ever say that,” said George.

THE INTERNET: HOAXING THE HOAXERS
(Comment by Final Conflict)
What is more natural than to use the biggest scam in the history of
mankind
to perpetrate lots of mini scams.
The basis of all con tricks is that people want something for nothing
or
something to which they by rights know they are not entitled.
I can think of no better nor fitting candidates than the Holohoax and
its
ever multiplying "survivors".

New e-mail scam claims access to Holocaust account to con recipients
By Carol Katzman
Omaha Jewish Press
OMAHA, Aug. 24 - It was bad enough when millions of e-mail users found
themselves bombarded with fraudulent pleas from Nigerian scammers. But
last
week, a new scam arrived in e-mail boxes, this one using the Holocaust
to
try to defraud unsuspecting responders.
Coming from a "Mr. George Graham a member of Independent Committee of
Eminent Persons (ICEP), Switzerland," the e-mail states that the
"Claims
Resolution Tribunal (CRT) handles processing of all claims on accounts
due
non-Swiss citizens. A dormant account of 'ORDNER ADELE' with a credit
balance of 50,000,000 U.S. dollar plus accumulated interest was
discovered
by me. The beneficiary was murdered during the holocaust (sic) era,
leaving
no will and no possible records for trace of heirs."
And, of course, Graham-like the Nigerian scammers before him, makes
this
highly suspect request: "Being a member of ICEP, I have all secret
details
and necessary contacts for claim of the funds without any hitch. The
funds
will be banked in any country of your choice outside Switzerland or a
tax
free country, where we can safely withdrew the funds and...share the
funds
and use it for investment of our choice. Due to the sensitive nature of
my
job, I need a foreigner to help claim the funds."
What does the "helpful" Graham want from the e-mail recipient? "All
that is
required of you is to provide me with your details for processing of
the
necessary legal and administrative claim documents for transfer of the
funds to you." In other words, Graham wants details like your bank's
name,
your name and your account number.
Fat chance he'll get this from the editors of Jewish newspapers to
which he
sent this fraudulent request. According to Phyllis Braun, Executive
Editor
of the Arizona Jewish Post in Tucson, "This scam e-mail's invitation to
'a
life time of success without risks,' juxtaposed with the suffering of
Holocaust victims, is particularly repugnant."
Although Braun deletes such e-mails immediately, she worries that other
people could be conned. She told the Omaha Jewish Press that Arizona
Attorney General Terry Goddard just issued an alert warning residents
that
the "Nigerian Advanced Fee" scam had resurfaced and reminding them "of
the
simple rule: If an offer sounds too good to be true-it is."
A survivor received this e-mail as well. He forwarded it to Jeanette
Friedman-Sieradski, editor of Together, American Gathering of Jewish
Holocaust Survivors, and Founder of Second Generation North Jersey. She
just happens to know Gideon Taylor, a member of the Claims Conference.
Taylor was able to persuade the staff of the Volker Committee to
release a
statement to the Press warning the public of this fraud.
Paul Volker, the former Secretary of the Treasury, heads the
International
Committee of Eminent Persons, which is composed of representatives from
Swiss banks and the Jewish community.
ICEP was charged with investigating dormant accounts, and other assets
of
the victims of Nazi persecution or others that were deposited in Swiss
banks around the time of the Second World War.
In another case of Holocaust-related fraud, Friedman said, "there is a
lawyer in Toronto who took up to $1,000 per survivor to file claims
with
Brooklyn Judge Edward R. Korman and then never filed them."
Friedman added that anyone who finds themselves being scammed "is to
immediately contact Judge Korman's office in New York and file an
application with extenuating circumstances - that a lawyer bilked them
out
of the money and never filed the claim, but they are eligible. Of
course,
they'll need proof they were conned," she added, "and probably have to
attach it to the claim."
