NATIONALIST WEEK NO.147
02nd October 2007
The weekly
e-zine of the British People’s Party
""Remember,
if you've ever worked for anything, if you ever stood for anything, you
stand for it with all your life. They can take away from you every
material possession. But there's one thing they can't take from you.
That's your honour. The only thing you can do with your honour is
forfeit it. You have your honour from the day you're born til the day
you die, unless you forfeit it yourself. Therefore, my honour is my
loyalty." -- Pastor
Richard G Butler
Notes for the Nationalist
Campaigner
(Editors note
– we thank Frank Kimbal Johnson for the following submission which in
the main reflects BPP policy)
With the recent
Lib/Lab/Con party conferences to remind us, it is blindingly obvious
that those parties offer no hope whatever of improving the nation’s
condition or prospects. Indeed, things can
only get worse with such people in government. Meanwhile
countless people look around in growing despair for something
resembling a rallying-point for patriotic votes.
And they don’t mean ‘balloon’ slogans and fluffy
references to ‘addressing’, ‘dealing with’ and ‘facing up to’ crucial
issues like the alien invasion, European Union, escalating crime,
family breakdown, failing public services, etc..
They want an explicit statement of what a
nationalist government will actually do.
To that end the following
notes are intended for reference by those on the front line of
nationalist campaigning.
1.
Conference platforms and
walls should be festooned with the national flag and the Five
Fundamentals of British Nationalism ,
namely
·
Preservation
of the
·
Self-government,
·
A Citizenship
Charter for those of British ancestry,
·
Maximum self-sufficiency
in security, energy, food and other essentials,
·
Priority for the
two-parent family in all socio-economic policy.
2.
Conference speakers and
representatives should amplify these fundamentals as outlined below:
The
Total self-government
will entail exit from the European Union as presently constituted,
while retaining cooperation with European countries on all matters of mutual interest and benefit.
Citizenship will be restricted to
people of British ancestry, plus some naturalised Europeans with
reliable British sponsors. Only
registered citizens will be
a) Eligible to vote in elections
b) Employed in the civil
service, local government, police, armed
forces, education and mass media,
c)
entitled to free
non-emergency treatment by the NHS
d)
entitled to free
education
e)
entitled to a British
passport
f)
entitled to own land or
property in the
-2-
Annual residence permits will be granted to those
foreigners employed
on renewable contracts.
Self-sufficiency will be the aim of all
security and economic policy, while
maintaining mutually advantageous links with other
countries in respect of
defence, trade and environmental concerns.
The two-parent family will be the
keystone of all social policy, and given
priority in employment, taxation, social security and
elsewhere in public
services. This
does not preclude proper care for single-parent families.
Any absent parent defaulting on family support will have
monies deducted at
source by employers, failing which the employers will pay.
(There will be an
accessible national register of individuals subject to
family maintenance
orders).
3.
It will be repeatedly
emphasised that without a substantial repatriation programme and exit
from the European Union there is no possibility whatever of restoring let alone improving British
security, prosperity and the quality of life.
The Race Acts will be scrapped forthwith along with all
related agencies, publications, advertisements and media productions.
4.
Employment in any
capacity in the public services and mass media will require a signed
commitment to the Five Fundamentals as defined above.
5.
The Citizenship Charter
will guarantee freedom of speech except as regards libellous or
gratuitously offensive or obscene language.
6.
Capital punishment will
be restored for the most heinous crimes, including high treason,
following due process and right of appeal.
7.
Public exhibition of
homosexuality will be prohibited.
8.
So called ‘unisex’
policies affecting employment in the public services, mass media,
advertising and other publications will be prohibited.
Thus, for example, there will be separate command
structures for male and female personnel in the armed forces and police.
9.
Identity cards will only
be obligatory for aliens, HIV cases and registered renegades (see 11
below).
10.
There will be a National
Security Agency incorporating the former MI5 and MI6 bodies, Special
Branch and the Renegade Registry (see below).
11.
A Renegade Registry will
hold details of any individual with a record of active antagonism to
the Five Fundamentals of British Nationalism. Those
included will lose entitlement to some if not all the benefits of
citizenship; but may apply for annual status review by a panel of
senior citizens.
12.
There will be national
and local referenda concerning any item of public policy which is
questioned by at least fifteen per cent of citizens, as demonstrated by
independent polls.
13.
Elections to membership
of the Provincial and National Assemblies will be
conducted at three year
intervals on a personal not policy basis.
14.
All public honours
awarded since 1950 will be subject to review. Hereditary
-3-
and archaic titles will
disappear. The three basic awards
will be Senior Citizen, Principal Citizen and Eminent Citizen; but
professional and cultural bodies will of course remain free to apply
their own types of award.
15.
The Repatriation
Programme will be instituted immediately on a ‘last in, first out’
basis, thus confronting unwanted immigrants with what amounts to a
revolving door at all ports of entry. The
identity cards of all aliens will include an expiry date, after which a
scale of penalties will apply to those remaining in the
reduction in alien numbers in the
authorities will be responsible for applying compulsory
purchase orders to
alien-owned properties, subject to national guidelines. Aliens will enjoy
the full protection of the law respecting their persons
and property during
their stay in the
criminal offences or persistent anti-social behaviour. Those aliens
remaining illegally in the
residence, employment, travel and access to public
services and facilities.
16.
A system of Social Credit
will be progressively introduced to replace the present social status
hierarchy linked to bank balances, interest payments and financial
credit. Personal taxation will thus be
linked to an individual’s Social Credit rating, as will access to
certain privileges, benefits and facilities. Details
will be appended to the Citizenship Charter from time to time,
following public endorsement. The
‘cashless society’ will thus become a reality.
17.
The armed forces will be
restricted to defence of the
It goes without saying
that renegade elements in the population will strenuously oppose most
if not all of the above nationalist commitments. Like everyone else, however, they will be bound by the
results of national and local referenda. It will be contended by the usual suspects that
the above manifesto is altogether illiberal and therefore unacceptable
to a ‘free’ people. This is manifest
hypocrisy when the present political regime is obviously undemocratic
and clearly ignores the legitimate aspirations of the indigenous
population. The salvation of

subject to endorsement
and amendment by national and local referenda.
Compare this with Gordon Brown’s resistance to a
referendum on the EU. .
Finally it goes without
saying that, with the exception of the Five Fundamentals,
all of the above proposals are subject to detailed scrutiny and
amendment by suitably qualified and experienced patriots. But it should
be clear enough by now that ‘play it by ear’ politics is inherently
unreliable and prone to subversion , hence the importance of anchoring
all socio-economic policies in a few fundamental axioms known to
everybody.
Given the will, there’s always a way.
