JOHN TYNDALL SUSPENDED FROM BNP!
The editor of this online bulletin (E. Morrison)
has just had a phone call from John Tyndall and is shocked to have to
tell all readers of Nationalist Week that yesterday, whilst Mr. Tyndall
was at the FOS Luncheon, a letter, signed by Tony Lecomber, was waiting
for him on his return home suspending him from the BNP pending
expulsion. John Tyndall will fight this to the courts as he did before,
as the charges against him – eight in all – are so ludicrous that there
is no way they form a basis for this gross injustice from Lecomber – a
man who… (well no let’s not go into that at the moment!). Suffice it to
say we think that the ‘leadership’ of the BNP will again fail in this
unfair attempt to oust John Tyndall from his own party. More court
costs and wasted money from this unnecessary action ahead! As the news
on these breaks we will keep all comrades informed.

FRIENDS OF SPEARHEAD LUNCHEON –
Saturday 25th September 2004.
Over ninety White Nationalists gathered near
Birmingham to attend the annual ‘Friends of Spearhead’ luncheon. BNP
members and supporters came by special coach from London; and from such
BNP strongholds as Birmingham, East Midlands, Worcester, Burnley,
Manchester, Leeds, Hull, Bradford, the South Coast, the South West,
Home Counties and many many more places. The men and women present
represented the cream of British Nationalism – current and past
organisers of the BNP and many founder members mingled with hardened
ex-NF veterans together with many new young folk.
John Morse, well-known former editor of “British
Nationalist”, chaired the meeting and introduced some great speakers.
Richard Edmonds took the floor first and hammered home the fact that
Griffin has led the BNP to the very edge of destruction. Richard was
followed by Tess Culnane a true fighting patriotic lady and a very
popular speaker who said ‘one liberal in the BNP is one two many!’ This
drew thunderous applause!
Tess was followed by Peter Rushton, a man who
has done so much before his own expulsion from the BNP to build up the
Party in the Northwest. Peter’ speech was succinct and probing and he
made the very strong case that the election successes of recent times
had nothing to do with the mythical ‘Griffin factor’.
John Tyndall then took the floor and gave a
powerful short speech stressing the values of comradeship and
especially how the left had hijacked so many Nationalist virtues such
as the word ‘comrade’, ‘May day’ and ‘patriotic socialism’. Mr. Tyndall
said he would NEVER surrender to the opportunists and populists – the
wreckers of the BNP – and would fight for the BNP and the sacred
principles of White Nationalism as long as there was breath in his
body. He received a long and standing ovation from the large gathering.
Tyr Services helped out by the Spearhead Group
ran a busy literature stall. The meeting ended in a short but lively
question and answer session. A fuller report with pictures will appear
in the October issue of Spearhead.

Percent vote NPD – The National Opposition is in Parliament

In the
parliamentary elections in the German states of Saxony and Brandenburg
the very thing happened that the mainstream system parties, the media,
the Church and last but not least the State Parliament virtually in a
single voice and with much foreboding warned against: Both the NPD
(National-Democratic Party of Germany) and the DVU (German People’s
Union) were elected to the respective state parliaments - in Saxony the
NPD with 9.2 percent and in Brandenburg the DVU with 6.1 percent of the
vote.
Turnout was
under 60 % in both states. However, although both nationalist parties
had good results we cannot expect miracles. With 9 percent of the vote
it is not possible by parliamentary means to change anything –
especially when the single block party the "CDU-SPD-GREENS-DS-FDP" will
oppose anything originating from the NPD. Thus, any parliamentary input
from the national Opposition is a waste of time. This is also the
opinion of the Internet page "Radio Freiheit" (Radio Freedom) which
stands very close to NPD thinking. But even “constructive cooperation”
cannot and should not be provided by the NPD says "Radio Freiheit". The
purpose of a parliamentary represented national and social fundamental
opposition, according to "Radio Freiheit", is to throw sand into the
gears of a corrupt and clapped-out system.
It has been
suggested that this principle should also be taken very much to heart
by Swiss nationalist parties. The "Swiss Democrats" (SD), with Bernhard
Hess presently in the Swiss National Council have clearly not done this
but have adopted a quiet, almost system conform marginal existence. The
definitive end of the SD at the next national elections is not only
foreseeable but also even desirable from the point of view that many
national activists more or less support - to no avail - a lifeless
party that has lost its spirit.
The second, if
somewhat smaller and younger nationalist party, the PNOS (Party of
National Orientated Swiss) admittedly has no seats in either of the
parliaments at the moment but is striving towards this initial goal.
Certainty, if
they gain representation, the PNOS can be expected to create more
"national Wind" in the Swiss parliaments than the lukewarm effort of
the SD. However, that is for the time being only speculation. Whether
PNOS or another nationalist party manages to “light a fire under the
backside” of the system will be seen in the months and years ahead.
Reactions in
Switzerland to the success of the “Extreme Right” in Germany
The electoral
success of the NPD in Saxony and the DVU in Brandenburg is viewed with
concern by journalists throughout Europe.
As an example
in Switzerland the business correspondent Peter Rásony of the
"Neue Zürcher Zeitung" (NZZ) proved to be especially politically
correct. He explained to "tagesschau.de" that the success of the
“Extreme Right” had been met with much outrage by the Swiss “because it
is very disappointing that protest voters choose parties that just
don’t have any business to be in a parliament”. Well, actually a new
political party like PNOS would agree with Herr Dr. Rásony but
for different reasons ... a party wanting to make genuine changes is
actually wasting its time in a chatter shop, otherwise known as
parliament - but that is another story.
Regarding
outrage “by the Swiss” this may well be true for Herr Rásony and
his ilk but the average Swiss normal citizen does not interest him or
herself all that much for politics – and for German politics not at
all.
The only Swiss
people who were outraged were the hypocritical do-gooders, who turn
whichever way the wind is blowing and say only what is allowed to be
said so that no establishment feathers get ruffled.
It is all too
clear to many Swiss citizens why 10 percent of the participants of
democracy in Saxony are fed up to the back teeth and voted for the NPD
whether out of protest or for other reasons.
However, many
journalists and television reporters went a lot further than that.
Almost to a man they make a point of taking the younger German voters
to task since a third of younger electorate voted NPD.
Once again
let’s take NZZ’s Peter Rásony as a typical example: He claims,
“It is a wrong reaction for young people to vote for the ‘extreme
right’. If young people in East Germany see no chance of employment
where they are in the immediate future they should move to western
Germany and seek work there instead of protesting like this.” Whether
Dr. Peter Rásony is a member to that nomad people without roots
– the so-called “citizens of the world”, who therefore can advise the
youth of East Germany to leave their homeland, their natural habitat,
instead of seeking changes to political and economic circumstances, we
do not know. However, we do know that someone who loves his or her
place of birth will do what he/she can for it even in bad times and not
move off to where a few extra Shekels more can be earned.
Media efforts
The only other
obviously clear attempt is to continuously try to find situations where
NPD representatives can be made to look rude, stupid or foolish. One
example was the evening of the election. All the different parties were
invited to a stand-up group discussion where each was asked his or her
views regarding the results. The moderator, a woman, politely spoke and
chatted to all the various winning candidates even with the previous
Communist. Then last on the list was the NPD man Holgar Apfel. The
change to her voice from friendly to cool even surprised me when she
asked a cheeky question implying that the NPD are Nazis. Holgar
disregarding her cheek, started to answer something about his party’s
result but he was cut off immediately and she turned back to her
friendly politicians. When he continued talking – which possibly wasn’t
a wise move on his part but understandable – the moderator turned on
him and shouted at him to shut up. I can really say in 28 years
watching German television I have never seen such behaviour. I saw
through the motivation of her actions but am not sure if most viewers
did.
Another
example, fun was made of the obvious low cost venue and decorations at
the NPD press meeting held after the election. The meeting was held in
a run-down pub on the outskirts of Dresden and the report compared it
to the opulence of the other party press conferences. By the way, the
reporter in this case was a Mr. Yassin Musharbash, hardly a typical
German name.

We are still considering issuing membership cards for the SG and will
be discussing this in the future. Our main concern is of course to
stress that we are NOT a political party but a pressure group, which
supports the BNP and backs John Tyndall’s bid for leadership of the
Movement. It would help if we did issue cards and charged a small
subscription to cover the monthly ‘SG Bulletin’ costs at least. We will
