NATIONALIST WEEK No.35 31st January 2005

The weekly online e-zine of the Spearhead Group

"The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws." - Tacitus, Roman historian

FREE SPEECH AND FREEDOM UNDER THREAT IN U.K AS NEVER BEFORE!

Under the guise of tackling international terrorism, controversial new laws could be used to put White Nationalists and animal rights activists under house arrest without criminal trial, a government adviser said last week.

Speaking after the Home Secretary of Marxist-Liberal New Labour, Charles Clarke, announced new laws to control the movements of terrorist suspects, Mr Clarke’s adviser, Stephen McCabe, told newspapers he saw this extending to other groups suspected of using violence to further their ends.
The Labour MP said: "We can envisage this applying to animal rights extremists and the far-Right, for example. Again “terrorism” – real or imaginary is to be used against legitimate poitical activists.

"These people are locked up because we believe they are a genuine danger based on what we think is pretty reliable evidence, even if it cannot be divulged in a court of law."
The measures include restrictions such as house arrest, curfews and electronic tagging, a ban on telephone and internet use and restrictions on who they can speak to. These measures, whilst we have sympathy whatsoever with Islamic extremists, and condemn their genuine terrorism utterly, are still TOTALLY contrary to British civil and common law. The right of innocent until proven guilty is being thrown out of the window.

Even the Law Society accused the Home Secretary of an "abuse of power".
Mr Clarke made his announcement in response to criticism from Law Lords that the indefinite imprisonment of foreign nationals in
London’s Belmarsh prison without trial breached human rights. For that matter so is the Race Act and the odious Public Order Act.
Bob Marshall-Andrews, a Labour MP and QC, strongly opposed the fact that "the executive can lock you up in your own home on their own terms. That seems to me to be entirely contrary to the British constitution as it has been for 300 years". Well that’s at least one Labour MP with a spark of courage to speak up for freedom.

The Spearhead Group has ever is committed to the fight for Free Speech as a first principle and totally opposes any new draconian laws. Since the 9/11 attack, the New World Order has constantly abused this terrorist act for its own ends to clamp down on White dissidents.

We reproduce below
NATIONAL VANGUARD’s comments on these events with some apt quotes from “The Mikado” which are both funny and frightening if read in context…

Whoever said that Labour are no students of culture may wish to reconsider. Recent desperate actions by Labour seem more fitting to Gilbert and Sullivan and D'Oyly Carte than to the once noble halls of Parliament. In a recent move as horrific as it is comic, controversial new laws which have been enacted under the pretence of tackling international terrorism could be used to put patriotic British National Party members and animal rights activists under house arrest without trial or evidence, a government advisor said yesterday.

Apparently modelling himself after Ko-Ko, the Lord High Executioner in the Mikado, Charles Clarke announced new laws to control the movements of patriotic British citizens. Clarke's advisor, Stephen McCabe, told The Scotsman he saw this extending to any groups which the Government will accuse of using violence to further their ends.
The move is universally regarded as an abandonment of all pretence of democracy whilst moving toward naked dictatorship.
"Defer to the Lord High Executioner!"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Compare the above true-life burlesque with the following lyrics from the Mikado:
Ko-Ko:
As some day it may happen that a victim must be found,
I've got a little list -- I've got a little list
Of society offenders who might well be underground,
And who never would be missed -- who never would be missed!
There's the pestilential nuisances who write for autographs --
All people who have flabby hands and irritating laughs --
All children who are up in dates, and floor you with 'em flat --
All people who in shaking hands, shake hands with you like that --
And all third persons who on spoiling tete-a-tetes insist--
They'd none of 'em be missed -- they'd none of 'em be missed!

Chorus:
He's got 'em on the list -- he's got 'em on the list;
And they'll none of 'em be missed -- they'll none of 'em be miss'd!

Ko-Ko:
There's the banjo serenader, and the others of his race,
And the piano-organist -- I've got him on the list!
And the people who eat peppermint and puff it in your face,
They never would be miss'd -- they never would be miss'd!
Then the idiot who praises, with enthusiastic tone,
All centuries but this, and every country but his own;
And the lady from the provinces, who dresses like a guy,
And who "doesn't think she dances, but would rather like to try;"
And that singular anomaly, the lady novelist --
I don't think she'd be missed -- I'm sure she'd not he missed!

Chorus:
He's got her on the list -- he's got her on the list;
And he don't think she'll be missed -- he's sure she won't be miss'd!

Ko-Ko:
And that Nisi Prius nuisance, who just now is rather rife,
The Judicial humorist -- I've got him on the list!
All funny fellows, comic men, and clowns of private life --
They'd none of 'em be missed -- they'd none of 'em be missed.
And apologetic statesmen of a compromising kind,
Such as -- What d'ye call him -- Thing'em-bob, and likewise -- oh and Never-mind,
And 'St-'st-'st- and What's-his-name, and also sh-, You-know-who --
The task of filling up the blanks I'd rather leave to you.
But it really doesn't matter whom you put upon the list,
For they'd none of 'em be missed -- they'd none of 'em be missed!

Chorus:
You may put 'em on the list -- you may put 'em on the list;
And they'll none of 'em be missed -- they'll none of 'em be missed!

HOLOCAUST REMEMBERED AT BNP MEETING!

Blackburn BNP we are told had a one minute silence at its Branch meeting last for victims of the Holocaust! Oldham BNP laid a wreath at Holocaust Day, lining up with Jewish groups to pay their respect to the dead.

The BNP current leadership (badly misleading the membership) will claim the wreaths, silences are for the victims of ALL Holocausts but this is no excuse for supposed White Nationalists to be treading the boards of the Holocaust drama and boosting what has become in effect the Holocaust Industry by kow-towing to a Day of Remembrance which has no place in British history.

We have a genuine day of Remembrance – November 11th – that is where traditionally Nationalists have marched and gathered to pay their respects in the past and where we are going to make sure by our growth and drive for Nationalist Unity they do so again in their thousands!

The whole nature of the Holocaust is now one of ZOG’s chief weapons in smashing down White Nationalism throughout the world. The idiotic Nationalists who went along with this charade are fooling nobody except themselves and totally confusing the British public on a vital issue.
