Ghetto Blaster CRE Chief Warns of Race Crisis

Remember Enoch Powell and his ‘Rivers of Blood’ warning? Remember the Bradford and Harehills Riots? Remember Bristol and Toxteth?

Trevor Phillips, head of the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE), isn't yet saying that he fears fresh outbreaks of inter-racial violence but last weekend's Sunday Times previewed a leaked copy of a speech, to be delivered in Manchester on Thursday, in which Phillips will say that by the middle of this century, 'black immigration would end in a “New Orleans-style Britain of passively co-existing ethnic and religious communities, eyeing each other uneasily over the fences of our differences”'.

Compiled to assess the heightening tension in our towns and cities after the 7/11 London bombings, tension which we who live in, for example, West Yorkshire, know to be of a vastly different volatility and intensity than that alluded to by Phillips, the new CRE study may well use the word 'passively'.

One that could be avoided by the sort of policies and direct intervention which, acting on behalf of all affected groups, a BPP government would move swiftly to apply but which under New Labour and other so-called democratic parties has been stoked up and, from time to time, re-fuelled by decades of softly-softly, good money after bad, measures and policies.

'Passively' is not how we and our supporters recall the events of the Bradford, Dewsbury and Harehills riots of recent memory.

The events of those riots were but the raked - over surface coals of a long - smouldering underlying conflagration - in - waiting.

These policies have 1/ forced ethnic minority communities into run-down ghettos which they don't want to be in and 2/ made second-class citizens of the many ordinary white folk of this country who have to compete for Council housing with legions of asylum seekers and refugees. Leeds is a classic example of a city whose housing policy often gives such arrivals Category A, B and C Applicant Status ahead of locally born and raised Britons.

Trevor Phillips is, therefore, correct to worry, also, about 'white working-class ghettos in places such as Barking, Essex, and parts of Yorkshire. Political correctness gone mad has forced Whites Blacks and Asians alike into run-down mini-fortresses, into urban ghettoes whose perpetuation, global experience has shown, is a recipe for eventual violence. Those who encourage and maintain such ghettoes are fashioning a rod for their own backs.

Let us, therefore, speak plainly. Many ethnic minority residents of such ghettos do not want to live in such conditions. They do not want to live in this country and would, if they could, cheerfully return to their homelands and / or their ancestral roots.

The BPP thinks it only logical to encourage those who WISH to leave to do so. Let Government funds be more usefully employed in applying such a humane repatriation policy than in cosmetic, ineffectual, window-dressing measures destined to failure and guaranteed to bring trouble to our streets.

Back with the Phillips speech, meanwhile, as British Jews moved outward and socially upward from Bethnal Green, Chapeltown and the Gorbals, so are many of today's British Asians leaving behind Harehills, Hackney and Govanhill. In spite of this mobility, says Phillips' speech, 'new evidence from the CRE (shows) that “residential segregation” is increasing even as some Asians are moving into middle-class areas. “What is left behind is hardening in its separateness,” he will say’.

The Sunday Times report cites Phillips' speech as stating that 'the number of people of Pakistani heritage in ghettos, which he defines as those with more than two-thirds of any one ethnicity, trebled between 1991 and 2001. In Bradford, 13.3% now live in such communities compared with 4.3% in 1991; in Leicester it has risen from 10.8% to 13.3%'.

Phillips will claim: 1/ that most White young people do not have even one non-White friend and that most black and Asian children still have almost exclusively Black and Asian friends 2/ that segregation in the playground is marginally greater than when children play outside at home 3/ that non-school contact between white parents and non-white parents is less than the amount of non-school contact between their children 4/ that there is still widespread racially-motivated selectivity and prejudice in the world of education, especially at Oxford and Cambridge and 5/ that schools will be forced to take in larger numbers of non-white children to present a statistically more balance and politically correct profile.

Phillips is likely to argue that cash incentives could be given to schools willing to aim for greater ethnic minority targets and that head teachers could be forced to 'broaden their catchment areas'.

We have a suggestion for Mr. Phillips.

Rather than express shock and horror at the supposedly 'new' evidence which the CRE and Bristol University have 'exposed', try reversing the CRE's binoculars and accept what we and the mass of the British People have known for many years - that things are the way they are because that is how all concerned racial groups, White and non-White alike, WANT THINGS TO BE?

No one wants the existence of ghettoes, Black, Brown or White, in a modern, civilised nation but in consistently seeking safety with their own kith and kin, the various communities are voting with their feet and making a statement, which only a fool would consistently ignore.

The multi-racial experiment is a failed and tainted cause because it takes no heed of the natural mind-set of those whose lives, whose communities, whose futures it seeks to mould in ways which ensure only stress, conflict and the inevitable fracturing of an already flawed social engineering edifice.

Unwittingly echoing Enoch Powell's 'Rivers of Blood' speech, Phillips will tell the Manchester Community Relations Council that 'Some districts are on their way to (becoming) “literal black holes into which nobody goes without fear and trepidation, and from which nobody ever escapes undamaged”'.

Citing the racial segregation exposed by the recent New Orleans' hurricane flooding disaster, Phillips will tell the Blair Government: “America is not our dream but our nightmare. When the hurricane hits – and it could be a recession which strikes - such areas are set up for destruction’.

Phillips’ speech does not define ‘destruction’. He could mean destruction through mass poverty and disease or he could mean destruction through racial violence.

The BPP does not endorse such violence. We are a serious political party committed to the achievement of national power and to being the true voice in British politics of the unheard White electorate.

The BPP seeks to plug the gap exposed by those nationalist parties whose policies are those of appeasement, who bow before ZOG and water down their principles merely to co-exist with the present political system. We will tell it as it is and WE will be the party offering the most honestly presented programme of policies on those issues, which matter most to YOU.

We are, we say again, a party committed to achieving national power. We have a Leadership and Activists Cadre whose members need no reminding either of the difficulties of the Long March ahead of us or of the opposition which we and those who stand by us will encounter.

Small though we presently may be we are sustained in our beliefs by the fact that many smaller parties have risen to national power through common adherence to a shared vision, through common loyalty to that vision and to a single, strong, Leader and through acceptance from day one of the disciplined and responsible outlook and manner expected of functionaries of a movement committed to achieving such power.

We are committed to achieving national power and to enacting for Folk and Faith, for Race and Nation, the policies which we know will best meet the needs of the British People.

We cannot do this alone. If you want real change, if you are sick of not being heard, then put your mark where it can do most good and join the BPP.
