A message from the
Chairman of the BPP
Only three weeks since the creation of the BPP and already,
great strides have been made to put our party on the nationalist map.
We knew that it couldn’t have been done without a 100%
concerted effort by that loyal band of comrades who made this possible.
Together, the leadership of the BPP has succeeded in creating
a strong foundation upon which to build a party second to none!
Last week saw the creation of a new region in the West Midlands. Ursula Rodgers, who was West Mids. Org. in the old WNP agreed to take on a similar position
with the BPP. It was essential for the West Midlands that meetings and events should be arranged in the near
future and with Ursula at the helm, activities in this area will be
staged as soon as possible. I am so very
pleased to welcome her back into the fold.
At a meeting held today in Leeds, significant developments were seen to materialise
as two key nationalist figures in the North West joined us. There is every
chance that this area, long neglected due to mismanagement and
disinterest by a former Regional Organiser, will once again be a centre
of activity in the not too distant future. Indeed a meeting in Burnley is to be arranged and the area will become a hive of BPP
activity in the New Year.
There we have it: we have given you the basic framework upon
which every nationalist is encouraged to embrace. Your race and your
nation are looking to you. These two sacred values are so vitally
important and are worth the struggle to preserve them.
TACTICS AND
STRATEGY FOR VICTORY!
Neither Nationalist Week nor the BPP cannot
offer a quick solution to the way forward now for the Movement as a
whole in the UK. What we would like to do in this issue is make some
statements on tactics, principles and strategy, which we believe if
followed will help to ensure that we are on the right path to success.
- There must be no weakening on the key issue of immigration
and multi-racialism. The acceptance of a multi-racial state IN ANY FORM
and for any reason has got to be a no go area. Repatriation and our
insistence on a homogeneous Great Britain are paramount.
- There must be no watering down of our presence on the
streets, in the workplace, on the housing estates – wherever and
whenever the embattled native population needs the help, support and
leadership of White Nationalists. If we are not there, demonstrating,
marching and counter-demonstrating, then the reds/ANaL will be! We must
refute the argument that if we do not march then the left will go away
– they won’t. They will hold meetings against us at every level. The Zionist/red street terror can only be met by our physical presence. Who
protects our people at election times?
- Wherever possible, meetings and demonstrations should be
public. We will NOT attract and recruit the young men and women, the
unemployed and the redundant by cosy Sunday afternoon picnics. The mass
of middle Britain are fickle, they may give us their protest vote UNDER
CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES as has happened over the last two years, BUT
until we have a strong and powerful Movement made up of those who are
not only willing to join – but also to ACT – for they have little or
nothing to lose, can we start to make serious inroads into middle Britain.
- Demonstrations lead to violence? Marches lead to mass
counter-demos by the left? Of course they do. They also lead to
millions of pounds of free publicity and for every “NICE” person who
wants to be part of a “NICE” party, they put off, they attract a score
of new folk. Folk who DO NOT want a “NICE” party – they want an active,
ever present Movement of people like themselves – unafraid to put their
neck on the line and stand with our people on the multi-racial
battlefields our towns and cities are becoming.
- We must have an electoral policy but elections are not an end
in themselves. Elections are just part of the construction of a much
greater ORGANIC movement of the people. Elections will be a morale
booster, but in the end will only reflect the popular mood of the
people as they join and support and party that has a set determination
to sweep aside the Old System and achieve power.
- We must not be slaves to democracy – the rule of the mob! We
must become a Movement based on leadership and not the most awful sort
of “democratic committeeism”
- We must not discard our symbols, slogans and all the
apparatus of propaganda that give a White Nationalist movement the
strong and emotive appeal to the masses. Most of us are proud to don
the colours and follow the flags of our local football team. To chant
its slogans and attend its rallies – public and outdoor – every
Saturday. Why can’t this mass emotion become part of White
Nationalism’s appeal? It has brought it victory in many countries in
the past.
- Our basic principles are immutable – they cannot be changed!
Sure we can push one or another as the situation demands BUT that is
propaganda NOT principle. Our ideology should be engraved in stone –
and confused with the nuances of daily propaganda.
We know the Populist Brigade currently riding the wave of
publicity will cry out against these suggestions. They will make us
UNRESPECTABLE! My God – how much newspaper column inches and TV and
radio time has been devoted lately to calling ANY party which stands
for its race and nation – at whatever level – the tag of “racist”,
“fascist” or “nazi”?
Nationalist Week says ignore these political swearwords. Be
men and women who are not afraid to suffer the brickbats of ZOG and who
are proud to stand tall and say, “Who stands for Britain’s Whites? We do! WE and only us! - The
British People’s Party!
BPP West Midlands Region
British People’s Party Chairman, John Wood, paid a flying
visit to Birmingham where he met old comrade, Ursula Rodgers.
Ursula was the West Midlands Organiser in the White
Nationalist Party and did a magnificent job there.
She has now agreed to take on a similar position with the
BPP.
John Wood emphasised that it was essential for the West Midlands that meetings and events should be arranged in the near
future and with Ursula at the helm, activities in this area will be
staged as soon as possible.
THE IRA’S CRIMINAL EMPIRE
EXPOSED!
The Irish Republican
Army says it may no longer want to fight the British, but detectives
say it's still in business — as owners of pubs and clubs, smugglers of
fuel and cigarettes, bank robbers by night and property investors by
day.
Throughout the past 35
years of conflict over this British territory, the IRA has built a
sophisticated criminal empire throughout Ireland and beyond, laundering
profits through legitimately owned businesses and properties worth more
than $400 million, anti-racketeering experts say.
Now that weapons inspectors
have announced the IRA's disarmament, the political focus has turned to
whether the underground group will renounce crime, too.
The British and Irish
governments say political progress depends on reports being published
in October and January from the Independent Monitoring Commission. Both
governments formed the four-man panel — which includes a former top CIA
official — chiefly to publicize IRA activities.
If these experts rule that
the IRA is withdrawing from criminal activity, Britain and Ireland say negotiations should
resume to revive the cornerstone of Northern Ireland's 1998 peace accord:
power-sharing between the British Protestant majority and Sinn Fein,
the IRA-linked party.
Even the most ardent
advocates of power sharing say the IRA's criminal power has become the
new deal-breaker (read sell out of our Ulster Loyalist people!). But
IRA experts warn that the group is not about to cede control to common
criminals. "The IRA's criminal activity will be hard to hide but easy
to deny," said Ed Moloney, author of "A Secret History of the IRA," who
forecast that IRA racketeering "may even intensify."
Sinn Fein leader Gerry
Adams, a veteran IRA commander who denies ever being a member, has
repeatedly said IRA activity cannot be described as crime. At his most
recent party conference in March, Adams said Sinn Fein would
"refuse to criminalize those who break the law in pursuit of legitimate
political objectives."
Irish Justice Minister
Michael McDowell, who is regularly briefed on IRA activity by the
anti-terrorist and anti-racketeering branches of the Garda Siochana, Ireland's national police force,
called Sinn Fein's line on IRA crime "a massive lie of Orwellian
proportions."
Other politicians fear that
Sinn Fein, growing rapidly in both parts of Ireland, derives an undemocratic
advantage from deep IRA pockets. They note the party's ability to
produce exceptional volumes of literature, posters and campaign workers
at election time.
Sinn Fein says it
negotiates better deals on printing, has an army of unpaid volunteers
and publishes financial statements showing party coffers in the red.
Some analysts do not buy
this.
"Using the proceeds of that
IRA empire, Sinn Fein has a plan to buy its way into power in Ireland," said Kevin Toolis,
author of "Rebel Hearts: A Journey Into the IRA's Soul."
Ireland's Criminal Assets
Bureau, the United Kingdom Assets Recovery Agency and the Police
Service of Northern Ireland estimate that IRA rackets generate more
than$20 million annually.
Those assessments exclude
four massive Belfast robberies last year that
police chiefs, the British and Irish governments and the Independent
Monitoring Commission blamed on the IRA.
In December, a
hostage-taking gang stole the equivalent of $50 million from the
Northern Bank — a theft so colossal, at a moment of such relative
peace, that IRA crime became a dominant political issue for the first
time.
Police in February arrested
more than a dozen IRA suspects, lawyers, accountants and loan sharks
during raids across the Irish Republic. They seized more than
$6 million worth of British bank notes. Two detectives in the investigation, who
spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because they
were not authorized to speak to the press, said they suspect the IRA
tried to plow Northern Bank loot into property in Britain and Bulgaria
with guidance from Phil Flynn, a former Sinn Fein vice president and
labor-union boss who most recently was chairman of the Irish division
of the Bank of Scotland.
Flynn openly admits
pursuing investments in Bulgaria on behalf of the man
caught with most of February's money. Although Flynn resigned from
several prominent business and government advisory posts, he denies any
wrongdoing.
IRA Chief Of Staff Thomas “Slab” Murphy, who has never
been convicted of any crime, personifies the difficulty of bringing the
IRA to justice. Prosecutors offered
police surveillance and forensic evidence in several trials they said
showed that Murphy's South Armagh unit constructed and delivered most
of the IRA's biggest vehicle bombs.
For two decades, Murphy has
run a fuel-smuggling business from his farm straddling the Irish
border. A 1999 best seller, "Bandit Country" by Toby Harnden, described
Murphy's smuggling techniques, which include fuel tanks on both sides
of the border connected by pipelines.
When an Associated Press
reporter drove past Murphy's farm last week, one oil tanker had just
driven to the gate, while a second was parked beside his home.
Customs officials' probes
have repeatedly fizzled out, partly because Murphy has repeatedly
founded and folded companies — and partly because nobody dares testify
against him.
Murphy in 1998 lost a libel
lawsuit against a British newspaper, The Sunday Times, that reported on
his IRA and smuggling exploits. Eight months later, the pivotal witness
against Murphy, former IRA member Eamon Collins, was clubbed and
stabbed to death, his face butchered beyond recognition.
Murphy, who has never given
an interview, can never be reached for comment.
Police say while the IRA
has cleared out its major weapons dumps, it has retained at least 100
handguns shipped from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to Ireland in 1999.
Anthony McIntyre, a
disillusioned ex-IRA member, says his IRA neighbors in Catholic west
Belfast have no intention of disbanding, and will use their small arms
to fend off unwelcome competition from criminal rivals.
"The IRA will continue to
function," McIntyre said. "Not militarily against the British state,
but as militia to give muscle to Sinn Fein and as an organ of
intimidation."
