When is a ‘rendition’ flight not a ‘rendition’ flight? When the sole passenger is a 65-year-old, German – Canadian, pacifist White Nationalist whose love of Race and Nation far transcends the hostility of those who have so far deported him from two countries and placed him in the vengeful custody of a third. Rob McNeil salutes Ernst Zundel.

The European Press and Media have, in recent months, been full of lurid, though mostly factual, tales of CIA aircraft transporting War on Terror suspects on so-called ‘rendition’ flights to European and other countries where these suspects can be interrogated, often tortured, away from prying Congressmen and Senators.

Websites and a brand new genre of conspiracy theories have been dedicated to the subject and several governments have been implicated in the scandal. In Brussels and Strasbourg, liberal politicians and officials have been so outraged as to have launched their own investigations into just where these torture complexes were located, who was taken there and to where, in advance of visits from political investigators, did the Americans move those facilities?

Such grand drama makes good showbiz and gives the international ‘human rights’ fraternity much room to criticise, usually with ample good cause, the secrecy and sometimes necessary brutality used when processing and interrogating War on Terror suspects.

On 02 March 2006, let us never forget, a ‘rendition’ flight of a different kind left Canada. This time, the identity of the sole prisoner on board was in no doubt and there was no need to speculate about its destination. Apart from the protests, worldwide, of a few thousand hard-core White Nationalists, there was this time no global outcry either about the above prisoner’s human rights or his freedom of speech.

Ernst Zundel, a persecuted, 65-year-old, White Patriot was on his way to Mannheim and to that German city’s top security prison. As he boarded the extradition flight aircraft taking him to Germany, Ernst knew that he would eventually face trial there for his 2003 ‘crime’, supposedly committed on an American website, of challenging the Zionists’ Holocaust industry.

The Holocaust Denial offence for which he was extradited to Germany carries a maximum sentence of five years. The actual wording of his better known writings about the Holocaust we could reprint here but to do so would render this writer – editor liable to prosecution and the prospect of a 7-year jail sentence under UK Race Act legislation. What we British White Nationalists can and must always say about Ernst Zundel is that it is a truly repressive world we live in when:

1/ an elderly German-Canadian who has committed no crimes in Germany can be extradited to that country for a ‘crime’, speaking his mind honestly, committed in ‘American’ cyberspace

2/ this same elderly, non-violent, man can be deported from America to Canada having firstly, in 2003, sought legal asylum in the USA only to be denied either an amnesty or a formal appeal hearing

3/ an elderly man who has been formally charged with no serious offences can then (a) be held for two years, as a ‘security threat’, in a Toronto solitary confinement cell then (b) when undergoing his largely secret deportation hearing, be said by a Judge to be a Hitlerite with ‘extremist neo-Nazi views’, a ‘white supremacist hatemonger’, a ‘danger to society’ and a ‘threat to national security’….all this being heaped upon him during a hearing throughout which much of the prosecution’s evidence was not made available to the defence team. People in glass houses…..

Ernst Zundel has not, of course, been alone in his state of persecution. Across the supposedly democratic and free-thinking Western world, his fellow Racial Nationalists have recently been under attack.

Below, we reproduce a short article from the latest edition of the Heretical Press (www.heretical.com) broadsheet ‘Don’t Be Sheeple’. The article (howdy Simon), reflects in great measure our own thinking:

Worldwide Crackdown On Revisionists

Early in 2006 David Irving, the well-known historian and author, was imprisoned in Austria for a speech he had made there in 1989, fully 17 years earlier. Around the same time, Ernst Zundel and Germar Rudolf, expatriate Germans who had married American citizens, were arrested for flimsy ‘ immigration violations’ and deported to Germany to face imprisonment there. The Belgian Siegfried Verbeke, travelling to Indonesia, was arrested at Amsterdam’s Schipol Airport and deported to Germany on a ‘European Arrest Warrant’.

On 11 April Pedro Varela was arrested at his Barcelona bookshop and the following day Simon Sheppard, publisher of this broadsheet, and his columnist Luke O’Farrell were raided by Special Branch under direct orders from London.

What do all these authors, publishers and booksellers have in common? What shocking crime have they committed?

What are all these governments afraid of?’

To the above article, Nationalist Week would add the following list of harassed UK Racial Nationalists:

the BNP leader Nick Griffin and fellow BNP member Mark Collett, both of whom await retrial, in October 2006 at Leeds Crown Court, on race hate charges
the elderly and never-before (until recently) -arrested UK National Front leader Tom Holmes
the British People’s Party South Wales Organiser and another member who were this year arrested and charged with distributing racially provocative leaflets but who were recently advised, as we had all along said would be so, that all charges against them would be dropped
5 BNP members recently arrested while leafleting in Swansea
the BPP’s National Women’s Division Organiser and Wakefield Organiser, who was accused by a Mr. Hussain of verbally abusing him, who was taken to the local Police Station and there fined £70 for allegedly making ‘racially offensive remarks’. (BNP comrades tell us that their Swansea comrades were also subjected to the new Police Station fining tactic..an ominous new use of the already extensive and repressive Race Act and public order laws being against us).

To return to the opening theme of this article. Like any concerned White Native Briton, we normally don’t care much about the fate of any War on Terror suspect whose alleged links and past or planned actions can be proven and whom the various covert agencies would rather just have disappear. There’s a war on and in war there are casualties. There have to be some such suspects going through the courts and into prison in order to convince the public that the War on Terror is working. A number of such suspects, however, have been wrongly arrested, brutally interrogated (OK, we know, there’s still a war on) and have been dumped, without money or papers, in countries far from where they were arrested; others have been returned to their homelands and told to say nothing.

When this happens, the global ‘human rights’ fraternity again comes alive with moral indignation. Again, the international Press and Media join in the frenzy.

Look at the above long list of persecuted Racial Nationalists, however, and the only individual to have won any sympathetic Establishment comments is David Irving. He is the only one of all of the above to have secured any Society or Establishment recognition of his right to free speech and of the injustice of his imprisonment. He is also, cynical observers might say, the only one of the better known figures on that list to have seemed to have publicly rescinded some of his more enshrined beliefs about the so-called Holocaust. Equally cynical supporters of Mr. Irving have suggested that if he did seem to rescind any beliefs it was purely a tactic – it didn’t work - to defuse official and legal determination to give him a severe sentence.

If this writer began by revisiting the ‘renditions’ flights and their organisers’ wholesale disregard of human rights it was to remind us all that the entire concept of human rights in North America, Great Britain and the countries of their allies is subject, on a daily basis, to the whim, mood and fancy not just of supposedly democratic political leaders but, worse still, to the unchecked decisions and intelligence needs of faceless security officials.

Being committed Racial Nationalists and living as we do in this Land Fit For Heroes, we don’t need too much reminding of the fragility of the ‘human rights’ and the ‘freedom of speech which, on a daily basis, we must fight to preserve but we mustn’t ever become complacent about our supposed ‘right’ to those rights.

If the Canadian, American and German governments can conspire to deport, detain for 2 years in solitary confinement, extradite (following a secret hearing) and imprison in a top security jail a 65-year-old Canadian – German White Nationalist, if the British and Austrian governments can connive at the arrest and imprisonment of David Irving, if the UK Police and Home Office can collude in the arrest of NF Leader Tom Holmes, a man in his 70’s who has been in the NF for over 20 years and who had never before been in trouble with the police, then we, each and every one of us, are all walking targets and should at all times expect and be prepared for the worst that ZOG and its shock troops can throw at us.

In the week that sees yet more howling for John Prescott’s political ‘blood’ and in the wake of the deaths of two more British soldiers in Iraq, we need an injection of humour (though there’s nothing funny about the above Army deaths).

Joke:

A fellow Scotsman goes to a carpenter and asks if the carpenter can tackle a special job? Carpenter says ‘ Hoots mon. Aye, nae bother. Whit can Ah dae fur ye?’.

First Scotsman says, ‘Well, I need a box about two inches wide, two inches high and about fifty feet long’.

Carpenter stops writing and looks up in amazement. ‘Whit? That’s awfy long, pal. Whit de ye need that fur?’

First Scotsman says, ‘A neighbour moved away and forgot some things so he’s asked me to send him his garden hose’.

BPP Leadership and Activity Questions

There is, in some quarters, a degree of confusion about the current Leadership of the British People’s Party (BPP).

As widely advertised, veteran White Nationalist Eddy Morrison recently retired from his post as BPP National Organiser and from a lifetime of political activity in defence of Race and Nation.

The present Leader and Treasurer of the BPP, as registered with the Electoral Registration Commission, is the party’s former National Secretary, Kevin Watmough. In addition to his BPP activities, Kevin is also a well-known figure in White Nationalism’s Blood and Honour and ISD – Skrewdriver music communities.

To date, there has been no formal BPP HQ meeting, or an EGM, to discuss the BPP’s need of a new National Secretary and / or Deputy Leader – Chairman. Acting in a Caretaker role until such a meeting can be held (details will be announced soon), Kevin has been liaising with this writer and with BPP National Recruitment Officer Sid Williamson in his role as head of an interim 3-man National Council.

The only recent new officer appointment, as announced on the BPP website, has been that of Veronica Kevanagh to the post of National Women’s Division Organiser. Veronica (20) is the BPP’s Wakefield Organiser and was, see above, ‘blooded’ as an activist when she was recently fined £70, at a Police Station, for the alleged offence of ‘making racially offensive remarks’.

While BPP Units across the UK have continued their everyday leafleting, fly-posting and recruitment activities, the BPP under its new Leader is yet to hold a general rally. Discussions have been held about the need of such a rally. A suitable venue has been identified and the usual planning arrangements will be initiated.

BPP BRAMLEY MAY 4th ELECTION AND BEYOND

Funds are still sought to cover our election campaign expenses and to help us keep up the pressure for change not only in the Bramley – Stanningley Ward of West Leeds but, also, elsewhere in Leeds and across the UK as a whole. We wish to reach out more to local BPP Units not just in England but in Wales, Away, Daz and the Krew in Llanelli, in Scotland and in Northern Ireland. We need to build and roll out across the UK a hard-hitting series of Speaker meetings combined with Training Workshops. This will take time. It also needs realistic funding. In addition to BPP Fund-raiser events, we call on our many members and supporters to dig that bit more deeply.
