SIMON SHEPPARD TRIAL UPDATE
Simon and Luke appeared again in court last Friday - we are not a liberty in this issue to update you of the pre-trial hearing for legal reasons. This will be done as soon as certain legal points are cleared up. Simon has asked us to include this update vis-à-vis the “Tales of the Holohaux” prosecution: -
'On the 9th August 2004 Michael Whine wrote to he Chief Constable of the Lancashire
Constabulary indicating that a pamphlet entitled “Tales of the Holohoax” had been received by the Blackpool Reform Synagogue. A corresponding complaint was made to the Western Division
Police HQ in July 2004. Michael Whine invited the police and CPS to consider prosecuting the
publishers under Part III POA.'

Below are parts of the report on the oppression of Simon and Luke by the ZOG Race Police so far. The full story can be found on the Heretical Press website. Read the full text and more plus updates at http://www.heretical.com

Record of Persecution by the British Political Police of Simon Sheppard and Luke O'Farrell.

30 March 2005: Raid on Simon Sheppard's flat. Police broke down the door early in the morning and, sitting up in bed, I was placed under arrest. Then I was taken away in handcuffs and detained for several hours, during which I was interviewed three times by two separate police forces. The arrest was on "Suspicion of Incitement to Racial Hatred," particularly in respect of the Tales of the Holohoax comic book. Three computers, spare (blank) hard drives, 500 Musigyny CD's, a large amount of book stock (including the 'Suppressed Science' scientific papers and Walendy's Forged War Crimes), my single reference copy of The Longest Hatred and various other single copies of books and paper records were removed. In fact practically all the Heretical Press book stock was impounded, the only exception being The Tyranny of Ambiguity, probably because it is known to be considerably harder to obtain convictions for hardback books. Most of the Heretical Press publications have been published without a hint of difficulty for several years. Police had begun to label the "exhibits" for impounding "Metropolitan Police." The Metropolitan Police is the force responsible for policing the London area, 200 miles away. Thus it became even more obvious that the raid was orchestrated by and under the direct orders of London. During the interviews I was friendly and cooperative, and was bailed to appear on 20 July 2005.  20 July 2005: Attended at solicitor's office early in the morning hoping to be given lift to answer bail only to be told that my attendance was not required. Later received a "Bail Cancellation Notice" by mail: "Enquiries are ongoing and it is anticipated that they will take some time to completion. You may be asked to attend the police station at a later date."  12 April 2006: Second raid on Simon Sheppard and first raid on Luke O'Farrell. I was very angry this time at waking up to see almost a dozen riot-clad police at the foot of my bed. My first reaction was to say, "I don't know how you lot can live with yourselves, your heads are so far up the **** arses." Again all computers, hard drives and floppies were impounded, including three empty rack-style computer cases which were destined to be sold. Particularly damaging was the removal of a summary file of electronic researches, about two months' work, which is by no stretch of the imagination illegal and the loss of which is highly detrimental to my current source of income. The search warrant was a joke, and demonstrates that magistrates are so supine they will sign anything the police put under their noses. There is no legal justification, to my knowledge, for raiding the premises of persons associated with a political (i.e. informative) website and that a justification exists in law for such actions in relation to publishing - i.e. putting ink on paper in a disapproved pattern - is evidence of a corrupt and utterly immoral tyranny. In two interviews I refused to admit to anything, but railed against their puppet-masters when I couldn't help myself. The rule when being interviewed by the political police is Tell them only what you want them to know. Unfortunately Luke O'Farrell, being naive and inexperienced in these matters, told them rather too much. We were released after several hours and bailed to reappear on 24 May 2006. My parting comment to the police was "Being imprisoned for fighting for your country against evil forces - there's no shame in that."  24 May 2006: Attended for bail and was met by two officers from Lincolnshire Police who wanted my "assistance" in stitching up someone who had put a message on an internet guestbook I had programmed. When I refused to cooperate, I was rearrested. The interview was "No commented" (excepting the inevitable railing when I couldn't stop myself). Both of us re-bailed to appear on 14 June 2006. The term "Abuse of Process" was used.  14 June 2006: Attended, re-bailed to appear on 3 July 2006. We are beginning to suspect that in being subject to raids we are being used for practice. There are credible reports that nationalists in the Home Counties (i.e. around London) are used by the security services (MI5 and whatever) as "training opportunities" for agents, practicing surreptitious entry, lock-picking, psychological manipulation by obviously disturbing the contents of the premises, and other pleasant tactics. Since the establishment journalists are unlikely to thunder in righteous indignation at such behaviour, members of patriotic parties are an easy target.  3 July 2006: Attended bail again. Given the impression that we would be informed beforehand that we would not have to attend the next bail date and that the matter would be dropped. Re-bailed for 7 August 2006. By this time we are becoming connoisseurs of the greasy spoon cafes in the vicinity of the police station. The first cracks in the defence team appear: O'Farrell prefers the All-Day (post-attendance) Breakfast available near the police station, while Sheppard prefers the slightly more expensive cafe at the market.  7 August 2006: Charged. On enquiry, told the decision to press charges was made "recently." The Special Branch officer in charge of the case refused to elaborate. For myself, there is a total of ten charges of "Incitement to Racial Hatred", and for Luke O'Farrell two charges, relating to the ten charges (Nationalist Week: listed in detail on Heretical Press site) Luke O'Farrell was separately charged with the latter two thought-crimes. We were bailed to appear at magistrate’s court on 11 August 2006.  One thing is certain: as with the their battle with Hezbollah, the Israelites have picked a battle they cannot win. True to form, they have gone too far and are tactically floundering. Even if the worst came to the very worst, and Luke and I are imprisoned, it will only demonstrate their vindictive and intolerant nature for all to see. And it's not as if we're threatened with being jailed in an American prison, where we could be the prey of Aids-infected inmates. The biggest problem in British prisons is stark boredom - although the large numbers of Muslims in British prisons nowadays means segregation for nationalists is mandatory.  But I don't think it will come to that. For obvious reasons, specifically, not revealing our defence strategies, I do not wish to go into details, but it is patently clear that if the prosecution had a good case against us I would have been charged a year ago and Luke would have been charged months ago. They are struggling, and the sheer number of charges illustrates their desperation.  It is said that the internet has provided the first opportunity for decades that White man has been able to speak to White man without a *** in the middle. That is why they hate it. This is the first time, to my knowledge, that a British prosecution has been attempted for a political, informational and humorous website.  APOLOGIES to Simon for the odd thing we have had to blank or asterisk out for legal reasons but as we have said the full version is available on the Heretical site - well worth a visit. Also DO NOT forget - all this is costing Simon a lot of cash so give what you can to Heretical Press to support his defence fund. There is also a full report in the latest VANGUARD.

Why the BPP opposes queers and wants to outlaw homosexuality - just read this shocking incident reported below! And this at the same time as British firemen are being penalised for NOT handing out pro-faggot leaflets at a ‘gay’ (yech) parade of poofs.
The BPP policy is to recriminalise homosexuality and start rebuilding traditional family values.
Evangelical Christian Stephen Green handed out 'offensive' leaflets
A police force was caught up in a freedom of speech row after its officers arrested an anti-gay campaigner for handing out leaflets at a homosexual rally. South Wales police admitted evangelical Christian Stephen Green was then charged purely because his pamphlets contained anti-gay quotations from the Bible. (They are not illegal!!!!)
Mr Green faces a court appearance today charged with using 'threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour' after his attempt to distribute the leaflets at the weekend 'Mardi Gras' event in Cardiff.
A spokesman for the police said the campaigner had not behaved in a violent or aggressive manner, but that officers arrested him because 'the leaflet contained Biblical quotes about homosexuality'.
The arrest of Mr Green by the South Wales Minorities Support Unit provoked a furious row.
Church of England evangelicals said it represented 'an onslaught on freedom of speech and freedom of religious expression' and Tory MPs called it 'disturbing'.
The decision to prosecute Mr Green is the latest in a series of police initiatives aimed against those who have expressed public disapproval of homosexual behaviour.
In recent months incidents have included a Metropolitan Police warning to author Lynette Burrows that she was responsible for a 'homophobic incident' after she suggesting on a BBC Radio Five Live programme that gays did not make ideal adoptive parents.

Another warning about future behaviour was delivered by Lancashire police who visited the home of a Christian couple after they complained about their local council's gay rights policies.
The Met Police in London also investigated former Muslim Council of Britain leader Sir Iqbal Sacranie after he gave an interview saying homosexuality was harmful. However, no prosecution followed in that case.
The action against Mr Green came after he and a fellow member of his evangelical group, Christian Voice, tried to distribute leaflets at the gay Mardi Gras event in Cardiff.
Several thousand people attended the event, which included a gay rugby tournament and a 'top gayer motor show', and which was addressed on the importance of tolerance by Liberal Democrat council chief Rodney Berman.
The anti-gay campaigners were first asked by police to leave the site of the show following 'complaints from the public', and complied with the request. However, they were approached again by police when they began handing out leaflets at the entrance to the park where the Mardi Gras was staged.
Mr Green refused to stop distributing leaflets and was arrested, and then questioned for four hours at a police station. He was charged after refusing a caution.
The leaflets were headed Same-Sex Love - Same-Sex Sex: What does the Bible Say? and included a series of quotations from the 1611 King James Bible, a text usually regarded as one of the foundation stones of the English language.
Aimed at demonstrating Biblical disapproval of homosexual sex, they included from the Old Testament Leviticus 18.22, 'Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind: it is abomination'.
The leaflets also quoted Romans 1:25-27 from the New Testament, to the effect that homosexuals are given to 'vile affections'.
The handbills urged homosexuals to 'turn from your sins and you will be saved'.
The charge against Mr Green is that he used 'threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby', contrary to the Public Order Act 1986.
Mr Green's Christian Voice group is regarded by other evangelicals as particularly militant and it has been heavily involved in demonstrations against theatre performances of Jerry Springer the Opera. However, Mr Green has no record of violence or intimidation.
He said yesterday: 'I am astonished that South Wales Police have a special unit dedicated to silencing those who disagree with homosexuality.'
He said that the force boasts of working closely with gay groups and added: 'Maybe they work a bit too closely when an evangelist can be victimised simply because he is giving out leaflets quoting verses from the same Bible police officers swear on in court.'
There was strong support for Mr Green from other Christian groups yesterday.
The Reverend Rod Thomas, a Plymouth vicar and spokesman for the influential Reform organisation that represents 500 Church of England clergy, said: 'The methods of Christian Voice do not always commend themselves to other Christians.
'But if there was nothing involved here other than the content of the leaflets, the arrest represents an onslaught on freedom of speech and on freedom of religious expression.
'Why gay rights are regarded as more important that freedom of expression I do not know. There is a real danger that those who have tried to support gay rights for liberal reasons may find themselves responsible for suppressing vital liberties.'
Tory MP Douglas Carswell, a member of the Parliamentary Human Rights Committee, said: 'I disagree with Mr Green's views but I feel very strongly that he should be allowed to express them.'
The Harwich and Clacton MP added: 'I take a liberal view on sexuality but I am disturbed that the police should show so much vigour in arresting this man and bringing him before the courts. I am deeply worried about the implications for freedom of expression.'
Colin Hart of the Christian Institute think tank said: 'This was a very gentle leaflet. There was no use of words like "perversion". I have to wonder if churches, bishops and archbishops are now vulnerable to arrest for their views on homosexuality.
'It is noticeable that police never arrest Muslims who make remarks about homosexuality. They pick on Christians because it is easy, just as they pick on middle class drivers for speeding because it is easier than catching burglars.'
