ANOTHER BRITON FALLS TO BLAIR'S RACE POLICE!

Racist ordered to go on a course

A 62-year-old self-confessed racist, who abused two Asian petrol station workers, has been told to go on a course for racially motivated offenders.

A judge today ordered grey-haired Peter Shaw to attend the course as part of a 12-month community supervision order after he repeatedly asked the garage staff why Pakistani Muslims were the most hated people in the country.

Shaw, of Hastings Street, Marshfields, Bradford, appeared at Leeds Crown Court for sentencing after pleading guilty last month to two charges of racially aggravated harassment.

Shaw had previously been warned he could be given a custodial sentence but the judge, Mr Recorder Phillip Sapsford, QC, said he could be punished by a community penalty after taking into account his age, plea of guilty, recent good character and a letter Shaw had written to the court.

But the judge told him: "Your behaviour in the service station was disgraceful. That sort of behaviour is not appropriate any longer in this modern society. You may hold those views personally but they are outdated."

Prosecutor Austin Newman said that in July last year Shaw was paying for fuel at a filling station shop in Glasshoughton, near Wakefield.

As he was served by Asjid Iqbal he said, in an abusive tone: "Why do you think Pakistani Muslims are the most hated in the country?"

Mr Iqbal was offended and asked him to leave and there was a heated exchange which brought shop manager Mahmad Vesmawala from a back office to see what was going on.

Shaw continued to shout racial abuse at the two men and repeatedly asked them why Pakistani Muslims were the most hated.

Mr Newman said the shop workers were shocked and offended and customers in the shop were alarmed, one of them accusing Shaw of being a racist.

Shaw's barrister, Simon Myers, said Shaw, who lives alone and works as a self-employed agency HGV driver, had apologised for his behaviour and was effectively a man of good character.

The judge ordered Shaw to pay £150 compensation to both Mr Iqbal and Mr Vesmawala within three months.

Shaw declined to comment after the case.

BPP Comment:  Peter Shaw only said what a lot of ordinary White Britons are thinking - he made the gross error under the tyranny of the Marxist New Labour Police State we live in of actually SAYING it out loud. Believe us, if they could read our minds and detected 'racist' thoughts - we would be arrested for them. Not also in the above report how the term racist is again criminalised even though being a racist IS NOT A CRIMINAL OFFENCE!
At the same time not a day goes by without some active White Patriot - yesterday a BPP organiser - is harrassed and arrested on the flimsiest of pretexts and yes - again that terrible word 'racist' is brought out. Repeal the tyrannous Race Laws NOW and dissolve the Campaign for Racial Equality with its fat, overpaid meddling anti-British staff.

RESIST- RESIST - RESIST - They are taking away your right to speak, act and even think freely!

Is this what awaits White Britons in the future? An antiracist Gulag?
