Although the trial of the "Heretical Two" is now into its FIFTH week, the silence from the collective (and well controlled) media has been deafening! To the best of the BPP's knowledge not one newspaper or TV channel has reported the trial. In fact a Google search for details of the trial confirmed that only two sources were reporting it - the BPP site (and the Aryan World Blog) and the Heretical Press site itself.
This is the latest news as posted yesterday:

Prosecution of the Heretical Two, Fifth Week, Monday: Two more police witnesses were called in an attempt to rebut defence evidence, one of whom revealed that in 1994 Special Branch (Metropolitan Police) had repeatedly raided a British printer at the behest of the German government.

Although neither of the two defendants are members of the British People's Party, we have given them as much support as is possible given our resources. Ideally we would have liked to have mounted a continual picket outside Leeds Crown Court but were requested not to by the defendants. All we have been able to do is report what we are allowed too until now (see top of article amendment) was send observers down to the court.

Reporting restrictions only applied to matters which were discussed without the jury present, such as matters of law which are within the sole province of the judge. There is no excuse for the mass media at least mentioning it is happening! They most certainly will if a GUILTY verdict is handed down! The trial is at the stage where the prosecution is finished and the defence is under way.

The whole trial outcome will dictate whether publishing on the Internet at a server situated in another country is still actionable in the United Kingdom. If, and we ferevently hope this does not happen, Messrs Sheppard and O'Farrell are found guilty then the ramifications right across the Nationalist spectrum will be tremendous! Any nationalist running a site or even a Blog will have to be very careful of the existing and immoral laws which do so much already to suppress free speech in Great Britain.

The end result is this - ZOG wants to drive White Nationalism off the net! Communist China has done it and The New Unhappy Lords who run this country want to follow suit.
