On yesterday’s edition of ABC News they reported that a “39-year-old Perth man has been charged under Western Australia's racial vilification laws in relation to a series of videos posted on the internet website YouTube. It is alleged Maylands resident Brendon O'Connell shot video while making anti-Semitic comments in front of Perth's Bell Tower and a South Perth supermarket. O'Connell has been charged with conduct intended to incite racial animosity or racist harassment. It is believed he is only the second person to be charged under the laws, which were introduced by the previous state government. The maximum penalty for the offence is 14 years' jail.”[1]
It’s fairly obvious that what we are dealing with is an abuse of power. If you can’t point out the racist aspects of Jewish religious teachings and how they lead to atrocities such as the ones we just witnessed in Gaza than this has nothing to do with protecting Jews from racial vilification but from criticism altogether, no matter how justified.
The question this leads to is why Jews are abusing their power that way. They must be afraid of the truth. If the accusations were unjustified, Jews could do the same as everybody else: go to court and sue the person for libel. The problem is that this would give the alleged offender an opportunity to justify his accusations. The Jews cannot afford that to happen, just like they cannot afford to let a Holocaust revisionist provide evidence for his claim that the Jewish Holocaust was a hoax. That’s why they have to resort to making the alleged murder of 6 million Jews by Nazi Germany a heresy-law protected ‘obvious and undisputable historic fact’ and destroy everyone expressing doubts, career loss, imprisonment and all.
Hate laws have nothing to do with protecting anyone from hate induced crime. Our existing penalty laws already do that and they give judges plenty of room in the bandwidth of sentencing to take in consideration the evilness of the offence. Hate laws are in fact an Orwellian tool of oppression, to defend the real evil doers from being exposed as such.
